As far as field testing for alcohol goes, I’d fail miserably! I have Menears disease #1. It’s a narrowing of the inner ear canal. I’ve had so many inner ear infections, I loose my balance if I turn to quickly. #2, I’ve had back surgery they did wrong. I can’t stand on either of my feet one at a time. My only hope would be the breathalyzer. I don’t/can’t drink because of medicine interactions.
6:10 I have vertigo and I’m a CPA that works 65-70 hours a week from January- April 15th. I’d definitely fail a field sobriety test lol. But, I’d demand a breathalyzer or blood test right away to prove my innocence.

I failed a sobriety test because I was tired. I swerved because I was falling asleep. Which I admit I should have pulled over but stupid me thought "6 more blocks... 4 more blocks..." +cue lights+ never drove that tired again. But they thought I was drunk at first. Thankfully the cop was nice and while I had drank 3 High Noons (seltzer) about 8 hours earlier, my level was so low, I wasn't drunk. She said she could choose to arrest me but didn't believe I was drunk and believed me that I was tired.

I drove mixer trucks for CalMat and no way an 11 year old could drive one unless it was empty and an automatic transmission which they do make. As far as being able to "reach the pedals" no problem they have air adjustable seats.
Seems to me she failed all these tests - which means she was impaired! If she that exhausted, she shouldn’t have been driving. DUI also includes anything that impaired the ability to operate a motor vehicle. Period. I feel bad for the child, but to say she was okay to drive was not true!

I was arrested in Redford Michigan the cop thought I was drunk but I don’t drink alcohol nor do I do drugs they never checked to see if I had anything in my system I just have a balance problem vertigo causes dizziness a problem in my inner ear they let me go the next day had nothing to hold me on
I knew a guy who was a snitch for police but he had asked me to “store” some speakers for him bc he didn’t have a place for them. I told him “no” and then called the police. They arrested him on the toilet and didn’t even let him flush. His gf came home and discovered the toilet mess
