Lots of unsubstantiated CRAP here, not worth the watch. Joyce Bellafont was originally cast as "Carol Brady" but as we know, was replaced by Florence Henderson, practically at the last minute, according to Bellafont. The story of Shirley Jones being offered the role has been making the rounds on the internet, last few years, who really knows?? In fact, Eve Plumb was cast because she bore such a strong resemblance to Bellafont. The show creator, Sherwood Schwartz, had ZERO class, ALWAYS bashing Robert Reed, especially after Reed's death.

Poot Tiger. I do wish they hadn't of nailed the other dogs color down. Robert Reid had a daughter who appeared in the show. I guess he wasn't always gay or maybe he prefered men but had on occassion liked women. During this period too if a man slept with another man he was deemed gay. They didn't believe bisexual was a real thing. I actually think that's likely still mostly true.
