I love these! I you are up to a new format - or at least I haven't seen it yet - I would love to see the trainers give a quick summary on what the fighters could focus on after the sparring. Very short. Just like one minute each. I feel like that would be really helpful.

I would say go to an mma gym or something similar just to get used to combat sports and taking punches/dishing out punches. Then you can merge what you learned there to actual boxing when you find a gym
