I just wanted to clarify two questions which I believe the answers I provided were not precise:
    1) In the Ḥanafī school, if a person has already made intention to fast in Ramadhan whilst being local and thus have started their fast. Subsequently, if they travel the necessary distance which makes them a traveller, they are not allowed to break their fast. However, if they do break their fast they will only make up the fast they have broken without giving a penalty albeit they will be sinful for violating the fast.
    2) In relation to setting off before a certain time to count as a traveller in Ramadan: the ruling is that if a person is a Muqīm (local resident) at the time of Ṣubḥ Ṣādiq (true dawn), they must fast. The fact that they are going to be travelling later on does not allow them not to fast.
    And Allāh knows best.

Following a madhab is the safest path to enlightenment since hundreds if not thousands of scholars utilised that madhab's principles in further researching and fine tuning the madhabs stances given the varying times and impacts the ummah might be going through. Just as Imam Shafe RA had to alter certain positions after studying with Imam Muhammad Ashaybani, one of the brilliant students of Imam Abu Habifa RA, in Kufa and later in Egypt when he came in contact with the students of Imam Layth Ibn Saad RA. Alhamdulilah for the Quran and the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet Muhammad SAW.

I came across Sheikh Yasir when he made the video response to Uthmaan ibn Farooq following the DH deobandi thing recently - I personally have never been inclined towards the deobandi school but the impeccable manners and respectful approach of Sheik Yasir was truly outstanding - a real ambassador of Islam.
Perhaps Sheik Yasir should represent the deobandi school in the debate with Sheikh Asrar - He would do a far better job in representing the school than the clown who misrepresented them with his outright disruptive approach in the pre conditions of the debate. This I believe, would be of great value to the Ummah and close the discussion for good moving forward. These are the points of contention... these are the respective daleels. Done!

May Allah truly bless you shaykh I love you for the sake of Allah, I ask Allah if we dont meet in this dunya, then I Ask Allah to let us meet in the akhira to finally kiss your forehead. @@Zionistterroristscum 🤣🤣🤣🤦🏻omg another juhaal salafi😂😂😂. Did I say he was from the salaf🤣🤣 I said he was my key on searching the true aqaid of the salaf, He was the point where I needed to study the true athari hanbali creed, I know he is an ashari but doesnt mean, I came to the realization that I should indulge in the ilm kalam that they had, he had a series on what was the real creed of the salaf since I dont find salafiyyah creed to be the i’itiqad of the salaf because they havd certain views thst are not from the salaf. you stupid, see the difference.
Look how stupid you are, asharis are not kaafir, did you even know it was the asharis muslim who remove the crusaders in the jerusalem?where was your so called salafi brethren, even Ibn Taymiyya RA fought under the banner of Ashaira against the mongol and crusaders yet you are here calling them enemy of the deen. you stupid filth.

How is it possible for someone who doesn't follow the path of the prophet himself has never studied under the circle of scholars that have a chain direct to the teachings of the prophet to the Qur'an and sunnah become aware of the aqeedah of the salaf himself. To preach to you about aqeedah of the salaf. Who are yasir hanafis teachers where did his education come from. Certainly not from any scholar that have a direct link back to the prophet. So please stop with your ignorant blind following sheep comments. The man is a self proclaimed wonder. Who reads and bases things on his own opinions and desires he is a heretic. This is the most dangerous form of spreading falsehood without backing a notion. You don't know whom his teachers are and what creed but you say he knows salaf aqeedah. This man is far from that. He belittles the biggest salaf scholars and is rude in his mannerism. CZcams mask wearer. His reality differs from his CZcams presence.

@@Zionistterroristscum 🤣🤣🤣please kindly watch his videos, im not stupid like christian believe in a statement without any evidences, surely he reads from the book of hanaabilah when he explained the aqwal of the salaf when you watch his lectures and HERE YOU ARE ACCUSING HIM OF LIES AND SPEAKING FROM HIS DESIRES AND BRANDED HIM HERETIC, THERE’S NO DOUBT YOU’RE SUPER SALAFI🤣🤣🤣, AS USUAL without looking with his works and video, straight away brand him heretic because he was against your pseudo salafiyyah manhaj🤣🤣🤣.secondly read the asharis book where they get their aqaid from, from imam nawawi, to imam al bayhaqi and many scholars. the only differences between the people of athar and ashaira is that we dont indulge in ilm kalam while the asharis add the ilm kalam to refute those who adhere to the ilm kalam, its like muslim using the bible to refute christian, just the way the a’’imma of ashaira refute the jahmiyya, mujassima, karramiyah, mu’tazila by using ilm al kalam, the text is sufficient for us atharis while for them they add aql to explain the existence of Allah. but it doesnt mean they are out of the fold Islam, if you just read the book of imam Ibn Taymiyyah RA ya juhaal, yes he refute asharis but He said that this people were still under the banner of Islam, history tells even ibn Taymiyya RA again fought side by side with asharis giants, even imam Al albani said we will have no best commentary regarding sahih bukhari without the ashaira, this jaahil salafi brand them easily heretic if you are consistent that the asharis were ahlul bid’ah, why you salafis using imam nawawi books, using imam al qurtubi if they were heretic🤣😂, such a narrow minded person and you people are the cause of sectarianism. We believe the same thing, just different approach mate. Secondly show me where he belittle the scholars from the salaf?NOT THE SALAFI SCHOLAR BECAUSE I DONT ADHERE TO THAT, he just refuted a salafis scholar who attribute themselves from the salaf which they are far far far way from the i’tiqad of the salaf, they salafis indulge in something that speak ta’til over tanzih. Do you think we are all hanbalis atharis were salafi?there are many hanbalis/atharis against the salafi movement especially their aqaid and usul. Salafis like you are super hypocrite you forbid taqleed on maddhab but when it comes to your salafis scholar, just he disagrees with his views you label the person right away mubtadi. I been in from the salafiyyah circles, you cannot convince me anymore about your usul and i’tiqad and i’m studying under the real hanbali scholars in aqeedah and in fiqh ashaira/shafi’i scholar.
Alhamdulillah. They help me to reach the truth.

Good points defo all the main ulema need to get together and do a syallabus that all masjid should follow as basics of Islam teaching when our kids join up masjid to counter a lot what schools teach with explanations or just hire people who are in these fields to the masjid to do a workshop. The funny part about Deobandi scholars is that their elders are respected and revered by the scholars on all sides.
Imam of Haramain learn Hadith rubaiyat from Mufti taqi Uthmani.
Sheikh Alawi al maliki, revered by the Barelwis, was a student of Sheikh Zakariyyah Kandhlawi.
Imams of Haramain have all come to deoband, led prayers and praised them.
Sheikh Ibn Baaz took hadith ijaazat from Mufti Shafi Uthmani.
The Imams of Haramain, sheikh subayyil and others would call Allamah Darkhwasti as their Ustaadh.
Sheikh Abdullah Khayyat would read out jumuah khutbah from the articles of Sheikh abul hasan Ali nadwi
