- jjba part 5 is strong. The song is appropriate. Also at the tail end they talked about some horror show with Chris Kattan. I used to work in a comedy club, he performed there. He's not great at stand up.

Pat definitely did't do the Nen system justice but he also might not be far enough in to really explain why its great. Hatsu is mostly where things get awesome. Because there's pretty much no limit to the power you can have aside from creativity and dedication and to some degree your Nen category but also your Nen category is either slightly based on your personality and who you are and would want or you're likely to end up with a category that you'll like and fits your style in general.
Am I wrong to think its not a who has more nen but how you use it

Nah I disagree with fighting gold being good first time. I like it way more on prior listens. Pat is super right tho

I was actually lukewarm towards Fighting Gold on first listen, but loved it more the more I listened to it

Yeah, Unohana respecced hard as fuck, going from maximum DPS to out of combat healer.
She didn't even really respec she just told the skill system she's going to keep the skills, perks, traits, styles, and abilities she put into super murder but demands all her points copied and put into healing and maternal skill lines..and the skill system replied with loud pissing noises and compliance.

2. Hitman reborn kinda had a bunch of characters respec, but a better way of saying it is that the author just kept introducing
new types of crazy ass powers. Like it starts with weird italian mafia babies with magic bullets, then fire fists, then magic
boxes and spirit animals, at some point super swordsmanship showed up, time travel, and then it has a main villain for an arch

Bleach's powers are waaay more like stands than the guys make it seem, I'm seriously wondering if they've actually watched anything after soul society because everything they've ever said makes me think they just heard things about bleach from someone who didn't like it and watched it while browsing twitter

EDIT: On the subject of the whole MC being smarter than you, I feel it comes off too much of a "look at how big the main character's intelligence dick is" for me to enjoy, though granted, Woolie likes Sherlock so, that probably explains why he's into it

Some of the name changes just do a more subtle reference, like J Geil to Centerfold(which is what I wish Hanged Man was called)

Crazy Noisy Bizarre Town is my least favorite easily.
It's fun, don't get me wrong, but I just like ever other song more, even the visuals are the weakest in that part to me.

mha is hype right now but people forget all the things naruto did better. naruto actually has deaths and a sense of danger. better fights. mha has definetly naruto beat on the main cast. but naruto has a bunch of other interesting characters like the akatsuki. the villains in mha are trash.

@@veloce5491 Yeah Naruto is super cool, especially those thousand chapters where they fuck around in forests and classrooms between arcs, and how Naruto is the antithesis of everything he is supposed to be. There's some sick fights, but anyone would hit a bullseye if they lazily threw a hundreds of darts at the wall over the course of years. If you were to be fair and compare the first three seasons of MHA to an equal amount of the beginning of Naruto, Naruto would look like a fucking joke, because it is.
Louie Salmon you're fucking high. Its pretty clear you havent even see naruto. Naruto was at its best in the first few arcs. The chunin exam puts mha to shame. The fight between orichmaru and the first hokage puts the all for one fight to shame. Naruto only got terrible during the war arc. Before that it was better than most shonen including mha.
