Salute Cpt. Jon K Stallings.
2 of my Great Grandparents were forcibly drafted and fought in WW1 and lived through WW2. My Grandfather and Grandmother told me some of their wartime stories and it was such a hard time to live through.
My country, Macedonia, was very close to the Thessalonica front in the Balkans. And both the Allies and Central Powers would forcibly recruit local peasants to fight as cannon fodder in the frontlines, if they refused they would be executed.
Fortunately they both managed to escape from the frontlines and return to their villages after going months through the wilderness avoiding roads and bridges.
I Hope no one has to go through such horrible things, but sometimes you just have no choice.
My foreign exchange sister is from Macedonia! What a small world! I’m glad they found their way home all those years ago
my great grandpa jack and great grandpa vlake both served in the war. my grandpa jack and his brothers became telegraphers and my grandpa Vlake technically wasn't part of the war as he wasn't a soldier, but he was a hero in that he was part of the dutch underground helping people escape hitlers wrath. grandpa Vlake apparently hated telling his war stories and would try to avoid the topic if at all possible.

Lovley reaction as always 😊👍 I got an idea of what you should do if you feel like it! And that is to react to all Sabaton's songs in all the albums they have! What I mean is to go all in with Sabaton, Even if it will take time as you react to other music too!😊 But it makes absolutely nothing if it will take time if you decide to do it! And the songs you have already reacted to, you can then skip if you want! I am sure you would have loved it and not regretted it!
I want to recommend more songs to you too!😎 If there are some that you have already reacted to, you can ignore them!😊

Remember that it's perfectly okay to show emotions and cry when listening to music in reaction videos, etc. I love your channel!❤️ love when you react and discover more of my favorite band!😎🤘 Sabaton has been my favorite band since they were formed in 1999 in Falun here in Sweden!🇸🇪 Warm and kind greetings from a big Sabaton fan in northern Sweden (Västerbotten) 🇸🇪🇸🇪
Sabaton can combine such strong songs with such fragile emotion, and as you say, stronger when you know someone. I knew former soldiers who fought in Vietnam, who threw their Purple Hearts at whatever current US President was visiting their town, as they felt betrayed. So, this song carries so many meanings to so many people. Thanks for reacting to this somber heavy metal music!
As usual Sabaton write strong and meaningfull lyrics. 🤘🇸🇪
you should react to Amon Amarth's new song called Saxons and Vikings, which they did in collaboration with the band Saxon.
As far as I know, no one in my direct family (both dead or alive) served in the military, but this song still hits like a ton of bricks, and I think it's because the song has a very haunting tone to it. Despite this being one of their earliest songs (which underwent quite some changes from its original concept to what it is now), they already knew back then how to grab you with their music. Few bands seem to be able to do that nowadays (at least, not in this way).
Hi mr. Rock N Roll.
have checked all your Sabaton videos.
but I see you missed their best song in my opinion.
wish you make a reaction video to this song
Sabaton Dreadnought
// Tom from Sweden
New Sabaton favourite.😮
Salute, Jon Stallings!
Sabaton drummer Hannes Van Dahl in married With Nigjtwish singer Floor Jansen
Sabaton drummer Hannes Van Dahl is married with Nightwish singer Floor Jansen.
Man you should 100% react to "light in the black" by sabaton, great song
This song forced me to stand at the position of attention throughout he entire piece. It may have a lot to do with being from a long line of military family members. Myself, both parents, both grandfathers, paternal great grandfather, etc., have all served our military. Luckily none of them received a Purple Heart (to my knowledge) but still. May have to send this one to my dad. Not his type of music, but I'm sure he'll appreciate the sentiment.
I’m grateful for you and all your family for your service and sacrifices given in protecting our country. God bless all of you!
Great reaction as always. Sabaton hits different every time. I got a suguestion for you. Its a song from a young Dutch girl Emma Kok. She has a remarkable story. The song is voila together with Andre Rieu.
I can't remember if you had done the Winter war(Talvisota) song from this band yet, if not pls do that. Or the White death song. Both are from Finland's winter war and other is about the sniper in that war.
P.S i saw one of your bands song. I liked it a lot. Need to practice and perform some more to be even better, but not bad at all after so long time not being singing in one.
Loved this one❤️
One song of Sabaton you should really check out (normally I would say all of them but for the sake of simplicity, I will stick to one) is Swedish Pagans. A song about vikings and its requested by fans in pretty much every sabaton concert.
If you like Sabaton. You will love MANOWAR. I PERSONALLY love Black Wind, Fire and Steel. And Number 1
My father in law fought for the South in Vietnam. He still wears a US helmet as his scooter helmet now. Sai Gon still has those that fought on both sides wearing their head gear. The Globalists have a lot to answer for and will do so to God. I do not apologise for this post on a music reaction.
You should listen to Ruina Imperii.
Hi! Please react sabaton with lion from the north. This song is a banger! 🤘
I was wondering if you would react to some older stuff, that one can consider 'hidden gems'.
Like say, non-Ozzy Black Sabbath.
