I have this lock as well and like you mentioned, very different feel to the dead core and shackle. Mine picked very easily as well, but it is a really beautifully machined lock.
I agree it's quite nice how they've machined it. I sometimes wonder if I've shaken a screw loose in my head - finding a padlock aesthetically pleasing.
I have the same 1, and I can't do shit with it. That said, my raking and rocking skills are killa. My SSP game is shit. It's hard to teach yourself watching people online. Not you, but say lockpicklawyer 4 example.
I wish LPL still did some good content like in the early days... My production quality is poor, but I at least try to mention any aspect I find that might help pickers succeed. Good luck with yours!
