Bought one this morning, friday is looking sunny.
I had the opportunity to try on this helmet recently at Race&Road's birthday celebrations. The guys from Forcite were able to explain every function on the helmet. However when I put one on and they showed me the features and I listened to the sound quality I was amazed. I haven't worn a full face helmet for many years preferring flip faced. So I will wait to see if flip is forthcoming.
The quality of the helmet is second to none. I did really like the neck roll feature 👍😅
A) Price is very high. B) You don't have enough days on the block to trust this helmet. I can't blame you for A and B. I really hope you will establish your company against the big ones. It looks really well made. You built in stuff is very welcomed. Why the big ones, till today, never brought them in, who knows.
Milking the peasants through industry. Like leaving out buttons where clearly buttons are meant to be.
How do you come to the conclusion the price is high? Any good helmet is over 1k add the integrated camera and it’s actually a good price.
@@demo3003 So, I got, 1.5 years ago, the HJC Carbon, 90S and paid 450.00 shipped. I have Akaso V50X for 80.00, on the bike. Love the helmet, great value for the price. The Action Camera is superb for the price.

I just received my MK1S helment and in the video you mention all of these models come with the flip down sun visor yet mine does not have this feature???
Does the built in mic in the helmet have noise reduction?
8 hours to 3 hours is a steep drop. Since there is a charging port on the bottom, is it possible to plug in a battery pack while in operation? Is it also possible to have helmet controls instead of a mounted control? Sports bikes like my Ninja don't have much for handle bar space. My phone mount is currently attacked via a replaced panel screw that attaches a small panel to the tank.
man Id love to see this tech as standard in the motorcycle helmet industry. maybe in 20 years from now.
Truly no reason the larger companies have not come out with this yet. Enough money for RnD How long have cameras been out. the tech is standard to the modern world this should've been out ages ago. Think I believe only recent that someone has had the idea "let's put a camera into the helmet so people can record their rides". In 20 years I wanna see bio-kinetic self healing helmets. Not cave man cameras and speakers.
Does it record audio as in say I were to Motovlog? Capture me talking in my helmet?

Very disappointing that the company does not reply to comments, I would buy one if the customer service was better and if I could get one that can used Mesh communication.
Lots of great questions, including why certain standard features are missing on helmets. If I'm going to drop $1100 on a helmet I would like to see responses to questions and issues!
Why is the US version only DOT certified whereas the “standard “ version is ECE certified.

No rear camera. No Bluetooth communication.

You'd think they would answer questions for potential buyers, but no... They just don't care. This is exactly what puts me off from buying one. I came to comments section to get answers to few questions and I found none, thanks to their customer service.

the only advantage i see with this helmet is the camera...like the display on the k1600, instead of turn by turn instructions. not impressed.

Don't buy it. Customer service is terrible. I bought one in January and the module was nothing but problems. I returned it and I'm yet to receive a refund for it. It also takes like 6 emails to get a response every 2-3 weeks. I highly suggest to buy a different product.
poor quality is due to the fact that the manufacturer uses cheap Chinese-made electrical circuitry and parts. The camera costs 30 bucks, and they charge 700 bucks to integrate it, assuming the helmet costs 300. The calculations are approximate, I know how it works because I do this kind of integration myself...

Still, very little recording camera time for sure, also if not recording audio, say like in motovlogging, most would like to listen to some tunes while riding, instead of wind, exhaust & tires! Also while camera recording!
They could've pushed battery capacity a little more, I guess.
