Sometimes it Will be under, sometimes it Will be over, maybe you should research.

The boosts don't show because they have a boosts channel, which means they have disabled the random welcome message so that they have a bot message with their creativity, and they have enabled the random boost message or bots do them their selves and they have set the channel.
