- In this video, we do something that we have been needing to do for a while! We toddler proof our house by securing large items to the wall and adding some bumpers around the house to protect our babies heads along with security cameras around our home. We also speak about how different we are as parents and how that can effect children! We head down to Bournemouth where Ell completes her first ever running race with her dad and talks about the meaning behind doing it. We hope you enjoy joining us on this weekend vlog :)

Love your family! Phew, I was so emotional watching Ellen and her dad’s run. A father daughter relationship is so very special. My father passed away from a car accident and so unexpected. I really miss my dad! Due to him passing so young there are so many questions I wish I had asked. Congratulations Ellen! Fab, you are a wonderful young man that leads and loves his home. With both of you being so busy you both make a wonderful team raising your adorable son’s. Thank you for sharing your family with us!

Ell is right about the boys:) the only thing I ever did was put up gates on the stairs and plugs in the electrical outlets, I ran a daycare business for years and never had any problems.
Well done Ell ,great achievement , lovely running with your dad ❤ you can never be too careful with safety for babies and toddlers ,,I had foam mats on the whole of my floor and half way up the wall , the really thick mats ,,better safe than sorry ,especially when the start walking,,I also used to put the big foam numbers on all the corners ,,🤣🤣🥰

Can’t believe the boys are 1 next month they’re growing so fast! This video really brought a smile to my face after another mixed week at university as I have covid which has meant I can’t go home this weekend as I tend to struggle with more than two weeks away from family even in second year of uni.Congratulations Ell on doing your race that’s fantastic! They boys are SO SO smart at their age ❤
My partner and I are both like Fab when it comes to childproofing and danger! We mostly just try to avoid major head bumps and furniture falling on him now though as our little one has already ripped off our corner protectors and he's falling a lot less than he used to anyway now. I feel like you get no choice but to relax about it over time though as they'll still manage to hurt themselves even when you've fully childproofed x

Congratulations Ell for running your race and finishing! I am also not a runner; I was more into gymnastics. All of that pounding of the joints has wreaked havoc on me as I am now much older. I agree with Eli that - some things need to be done to protect from serious harm. On the other hand they do need to learn what leads to being hurt a bit in order to able to deal with the real world.
You are so rite Fab in baby/toddler proofing the home and the tiles in the kitchen, bathroom Laundry are a definite safety hazard and at this age there heads are very top heavy your safety proofing will stop unnecessary stress and A and E visits especially with boy children 😀 xxxxx

Oh my i just cried when you did the race with your Dad, it's his anniversary since he passed away on the 14th, he always wanted me to go with him on his hobby metal detecting which i did the last 10 years of his life, my small yt channel was set up for him so i can always hear his voice etc and see him even a dance with him,

Child proofing is so important,you can never be to careful. With two climbing on a dresser it could easily fall on them.

I don’t regularly comment on videos but want to just say thank you for considering a completion just for you tube. Many people don’t want to be on loads of social media outlets so when influencers try to boost there profile via completions on that sight only it excludes everyone from entering.
Well done ell on the 10k, I also didn’t get the running gene but I think the achievement is amazing as would love to have the motivation to complete one but it must be nice to be able to say you completed a 10k

So proud of you, ELL. Running is not my forte either but you finished the race. Yay! I love the lion rug that Fab ordered to go inside the boys tent. Hello lovelies, huge congratulations to you Ell, what a wonderful memory of running with your Dad. I absolutely love Bournemouth, it was our closest beach to go to when I was young and continued to take my children as well, now my son who lives just outside Bournemouth often takes his son to all the great amusements there.
It was so lovely to see the pride on your dads face, it certainly was emotional.
How much cuter can the boys get? They absolutely melt my heart every time I see them, growing so much and definitely always make me smile ❤

I do agree with Ell’s opinion on baby proofing and parenting, HOWEVER it’s so nice to see a dad caring about those things so strongly, it’s really cute, you keep being you Fab you’re a great dad ❤
Loved the in car chaos - so real! My two are now 20 and 16 and still talk about their long car journeys and what stuff they used to watch on the in car DVDs we had. No judgement here - you do what you need to do, best have happy babies watching programmes than screaming babies hating the car. Well done on your race too Ell 👏🏻👏🏻
