I wish the buckle locked... im looking to lock boxes to my roof rack, but it looks like if the thief were able to loosen it just a little bit, the box full of my gear can just slide right out.
Hi Clay, I hope you are well. You can tie the left over slack in knots behind the sliding clasp and then lock the last loop inside the carabiner. This way, you cannot loosen it. Watch some CZcams videos if this doesn't make sense. I would also check out a lock called Kanu Lock. They don't have a sliding clasp but it may work better for your application. Hope this helps.
Clay Sensiba You can tie the rest of the slack behind the sliding clasp then put the last loop inside the carabiner. This makes it so no one can loosen it. If you don’t know what I mean, watch some of the you tube videos and they will show you. Or call me at 949-702-5333 jeff
Hi Clay, I hope you are well. Once you tighten the strap, tie knots behind the sliding clasp (as many as you need to to eat up all the extra slack) then put the last loop inside the carabiner. This way, it can not be loosened.

Jeff Cranny hi Jeff thank you very much for replying back I actually went back and exchanged it I noticed the one I had boughten at first was returned and something was wrong with it so home Depot gave me an even exchange and the new one I got is working fine now thank you very much i appreciate your help so very much

Twice, I had problems setting a code. One mistake with setting the code and you can’t use them.

So I bought the lock strap been having trouble trying to set the combination and it's not working I really don't want to return it but I think I am
