This is so good! It wasn't as bread-like as I expected, you definitely know you're eating protein, but it was a yummy change for a low-carb family bored with "normal" chicken. The garlic cheese topping is amazing. Thank you!
@@rmatakovich I cut 8oz of leftover steak into 1.5 cm cubes and put that into the food processor instead of chicken; seasoned with beef bouillon, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper. Everything else was just like the video. It was too salty but yummy with a spoonful of Rao's marinara sauce. 😊 Next time I'll try chili powder and oregano instead - or maybe rosemary and garlic. It's going to be fun trying out different herbs and spices 😋 Happy cooking! ETA: A tablespoon of chili powder and a big teaspoon of dried oregano was perfection.

That looks really good. Although I would remove the egg yolks, and use Avocado oil instead of olive oil, it’s healthier. Also I would use a marinara sauce as it is also healthier and lower in fats and calories. Use low fat shredded mozzarella cheese and bam you have a high protein low fat and calorie power meal. Your brain is literally made up primarily of fats, mostly DHA..and saturated fats. So you need them. Low fat alternatives aren't healthy

Nothing wrong with healthy fats...egg yolks, full fat dairy and butter. All good and necessary. Sugar is the enemy!
