@@user-hi6vg4fz5j Theres a reality which can't be overlooked that Dagestan is a town in the mountains in the middle of nowhere, its an extremely humble lifestyle but where fighting is a big part of the culture. All they do is train and pray and that's all there is to do, there's no distractions. You look at America for example which is another country which has had great success previously and look at how its changing in the last 15/20 years and you understand why these countries are starting to take over with far less population and why America is on the decline. America is moving backwards in many aspects there's so many distractions, kids are more inspired to wear makeup and do dances on tiktok and try make money online than to devote themselves to a truly brutal lifestyle one of solitude. There will always be those absolutely astonishing talents that come out of the states because so many people live there and almost everyone gets a fair shot at life there too. But had Jon Jones been born in Dagestan he would no doubt be greater than he ever was because there's simply no distractions. If you are running a marathon and intend to complete it let alone finish first, this entails discipline. You have to train, modify/change your diet, etc. If you want to write a novel, you have to set a work schedule, knock out a certain number of pages per day, set aside days for editing and stick to your routine consistently. If you want to lose or gain weight, this entails discipline. Exercising to build muscle or be a healthier weight if you are underweight means you need to eat more and eat better food. Doing the research being consistent etc. If someone is going to grab your hair in the ring, it should probably be cut short or shaved off to avoid this. It makes sense. How is this discipline? Cutting it regularly once a week or depending on how long it takes to really grow out sure. But I fail to see how this look or method is extreme discipline. Discipline is discipline. How it looks depends on the goal and task at hand.
That's what its about. Also u can tell that they want to take over and not just take part. Soon enough the ufc will be dagestani. They have God and training thats enough to take over another country imo

Khabib, Islam, and all the dagestani fighters are on another level from the rest of the UFC. But we gotta stop this thing where if someone trains with them for one fight (Belal Muhammad) then we’re saying they’re title contenders. He’s not dagestani. He’s been fighting for years as an average fighter. He trains for one fight with Khabib. Now everyone says he deserves a title shot. He’s in for a rude awakening. Leon already crushed him once. He could very easily do it again.
Not all dagestanis are that way. So far it's only been him and islam. They are contenders sure but they aren't all on khabibs level and not above everyone else either. And belal has been on a very good streak. Beat undefeated brady, wb dominantly and luque after the leon no contest. He has a legit claim to a title shot since khamzat can't fight for it, colby surely can't and after usman its definitely belals turn.
I think we have to stop this thing of giving props to someone nationality, cause americans fucking suck but the best fighter is jon jones, while dagestanis are seem as good but islam got decapitated in his debut and theres no other dagestan fighter besides him and khabib
So we’re gonna ignore the fact that he’s on a 4 fight win streak? Just beat one of the better guys in the division in dominant fashion by the way? Without the Leon fight which is a no contest he’s on a 8 fight win streak
It depends which are your objectives. If you are investing your efforts in order to achieve greatness, to be amongst the best (or simply the best) in a certain field there's no alternative: your whole life and time have to be focused on that. That's your life, that's how you live life.

Khabib’s gym trains fighters better than armies train soldiers. That’s not a gym, that’s a clockwork machine.
Exactly
That's what its about. Also u can tell that they want to take over and not just take part. Soon enough the ufc will be dagestani. They have God and training thats enough to take over another country imo
Pretty easy when the whole camp is pumping themselves full of steroids where USADA cant test them...
One is a gym with about a 50-100 guys and the other is under the DoD with over a million personnel. Also, being part of the military in a smaller unit, a haircut isn’t a judge of discipline lol It is cult behavior if something that small is that uniformed. They’re all gonna have to wear matching Nikes and tracksuits soon. This podcast was a joke, it was basically a puff piece for Dagestan and Islam.

@codyschexnide42863 lol for real!! The Bilal was saying WE!
I'm like ayo sit you a$$ down you not one of em and say THEY not WE!
People don't get title shots just for training with Dagestanis. Also the only thing Leon crushed was Belal's eyeballs.
So we’re gonna ignore the fact that he’s on a 4 fight win streak? Just beat one of the better guys in the division in dominant fashion by the way? Without the Leon fight which is a no contest he’s on a 8 fight win streak
Discipline is one of the key to success .
Discipline is the master of freedom, the more one disciplines themselves the more they are free
The most important, but difficult, thing in life is, too maintain the balance between discipline and living your life.
It depends which are your objectives. If you are investing your efforts in order to achieve greatness, to be amongst the best (or simply the best) in a certain field there's no alternative: your whole life and time have to be focused on that. That's your life, that's how you live life.

@@ejtrujillo I'm a Christian, but from what I've seen, anyone can tell most Muslims are very disciplined. They have strict traditions to follow, like praying 5 times a day, which Khabib does a good job of, plus Ramadan. Fasting for a whole month takes grit.
@@grimmashley8422 well why don’t we pray 7 times a day. Islam is still to a false religion. I’m Christian too, I grew up in the Moravian brethren and my observation with Christian in USA is that they are so dormant. Nobody is disciplined. Their character is lacking the humanity of Jesus. We don’t need Ramadan we need a remedy to our laziness and that’s to enjoy Christ as food drink and our breath and spontaneously we will do things such as pray and read the Bible and preach the gospel out of our enjoyment of Christ and not out of religious duty like religion.
