in the 'Send message...' button, the URL should be 'section:next' instead of 'section:previous'
- carefully read description as most questions can be answered by looking at it!
- if you can’t move your elements around, save your progress and refresh the site
- if ‘PAGE NOT FOUND’ shows up, make sure you have a VERIFIED ACCOUNT (email). if your account is verified and that still happens, contact carrd by going to carrd.co/dashboard/help.
- have an already made carrd account before progressing with tutorial and make sure you save (publish/make a draft) your site from time to time so you don’t lose progress. if you do lose it, there’s sadly nothing we can do about it as we don’t provide free templates!
- if the captioned settings are different than what you see on the screen - most of the times it’s because we made a mistake while making and the captioned settings are the correct one’s. however, we may still make mistakes, so sorry in advance and please be careful while watching!

hey! I had the same problem, so basically for the ‘send message’ button she put ‘section:previous’ for the URL when it is supposed to be ‘section:next’ !!! I dunno if it will work for u but it worked for me.
oops, sorry! as the person above said, i wrote in the captions 'section:previous' instead of 'section:next' even though i did put it when making the carrd. so sorry!
