This video is a compilation of all the diving that Sarah and I did in Utila. I will always remember Utila as having incredible visibility and gorgeous underwater landscapes. The excellent visibility and brilliant lighting made the shots captured underwater shine with a particular brilliance. Thankful to have experienced it together! The video begins with us diving off of the Parrots dive center Luna boat and into the water to explore some incredibly vibrant reefs. We see some interesting fish right away including Trumpetfish, Hogfish, an incredible Eagle Ray, and the biggest crab I've seen underwater. Then we transition to our UV night dive which was a fascinating experience diving with UV torches. Back to the reef interacting with various animals, Moray Eels, Queen Triggerfish, Arrow Crabs, Jellyfish, Barracuda. Then we swim-through the honeycomb, an impressive coral formation in shallow surge, with our buddy Alfred, the owner of Parrots dive center. The video ends with a humongous grouper asking us to pet him and an even larger stingray taking off in a cloud of silty sand. Utila was full of adventurous diving and good connections with fun people. After having experienced it all, I would highly recommend Utila as another place to explore this vast ocean of scuba diving!
