Next month I'll be 59 years old. And I've lived my Life by music because everybody that sings feels their soul and everyone else's! But no other band or person like Justin has ever influenced me the way blue October does!! I just want to say thank you for showing the feelings we all have and the fears we all battle and being there when the war is won !! Again and again you get me Blue October, I've been listening to y'all for many years, and through so many eras in my life y'all have stood by my side, through becoming an adult, through going to war, dealing with my PTSD, enduring years of depression and anxiety, your music has touched me, changed me and saved me. Watched him live yesterday and have a new respect for him
Saw them in Wichita, KS in December. Justin pointed out how Matt's bass changed the sound of the band and then they played 3 in a row that featured Matt. It was really cool. Justin is obviously the center of attention in the band, but every time I have seen them (5 times) he points out how good the other guys in the band are and how important they are to the sound of the band.
What a special way to end the day. I went to visit my mom and surprised her with the documentary. To all of you in Blue October...I thank God for sharing your hearts with us and the blessings of music to our souls. Thank you for the “release” 🙌🏻 of Get Back Up...and all who shared a piece of their own testimony in the documentary as well. Looking forward to all that’s ahead. May God bless you all and those close to your hearts. God is GOOD!!
Fell in LOVE with Blue October with the LOVE OF MY LIFE who is now gone from throat cancer and BLUE OCTOBER that helps me... I will never ever be the same but they get me through the day and sometimes all night...THANK YOU!

A fan from canada. U are one of the most unique artists I've come across. Ur lyrics and sound are great. I'm always excited about any new music. U are too underrated for ur skills. And one of the only bands that live versions of a song are even more enjoyable then the studio versions.

You put feelings in to pure words...plz don’t feel like ur out of touch or that your music doesn’t reach the younger audience. I’m 19 now and still listen to your music and have been lucky enough to see you preform. During this lockdown your music has helped me lots in not feeling sad or unmotivated. Much lot keep making the music that touches the hearts of all the listen.
I started listening to Blue when I was 17. That was 22 years ago. Awesome to see a young person appreciate their music like I have all these years!

I listen to my dad's generation of music I find it better than the newer music but people make fun of me about it. Is it bad that I listen to music that's older than the newer?
Music always helped me when I was a teenager. That's how I found Blue October when I was a teenager. You listen to what you want with your parents guidance.

Michael, I can relate. I have primary progressive multiple sclerosis. There are no remissions, no cures, even treatment is nigh non-existent.
I understand living each day KNOWING the next day I will never ‘be better’, but that it IS within ME to make each day ‘better’.
Blue October music, well that’s my ‘treatment’. I guess that makes Justin my ‘doc’. 😉

@@christopherdrzik6784 Things have changed witg ltest blood test and scan. My inbisible friend will most likely end up beating me down. But I can't crack in front of my 3 year old daughter. Tge struggle is more than physical, I think emotionality it makes a big dent. Will keep on pushing as I can't remain static
This made me happy today i went to the park but i went to skate it was breezy and nice and sunny it was a great day i got to draw and skate then i got to spend time with my faimly at the drive in and now i get to hear new music from blue october this has been a good day considering the fact that i and all of us are goin through stuff stay strong and keep going it will get better.

My brother loves Justin and Blue October so much... You give him hope because you heard voices too and he felt less alone. He was diagnosed with adhd, bipolar and schizoaffective disorder, etc. growing up. He looks up to you guys so much.. Man he just deserves so much better than the adult mental health facility he is at. His current favorite song is I hope You're Happy and I just wish he was.
