    Who is the best paramotor pilot in the world? This should be the very first question you ask when getting into paramotors. Your life depends on getting the most accurate and honest information you can about paramotor training and equipment. With
    Everybody in this sport seems to be an expert now and happily, gives their opinion on everything... It's bad... The LAST thing you want to do when getting into paramotor's is take advice from some random pilot who has no idea what they are doing...
    When you watch me fly, it doesn't take long to see how much more skill I have than other people in the sport. I don't say that to brag, but because it is VERY important to take into consideration the level of skill the person your talking to has.
    When deciding who to take advice from, you want to make sure you are listening to the most honest, skillful, and experienced pilot in the sport.
    Skill is easily the #1 thing you want to look for. When you watch someone like me fly, the skill is obvious, and when you watch other people fly, the lack of skill is obvious...
    This is important because that person is going to be helping you become a pilot! You don't want to learn from someone who can't even fly themselves...
    Does the 60 year old man who doesn't =want to do crazy maneuvers, need to learn from the #1 paramotor pilot in the world?
    YES!! He does because skill directly translates into overall safety and fun. Without having the right skills, you will always be a risk of getting hurt as well as you will not have anywhere near the level of fun.
    One of the most common comments new people make is "oh I don't want to do any acro or anything I just want to fly straight and level and enjoy the sky". About 85% of people say that but... it's false...
    Most people don't think they want to crank hard turns or fly 10 inches off the ground dragging their foot in the sand until they start flying.
    Once they start flying they realize just how safe and fun it is to perform light maneuvers, crank harder turns, and do a foot drag!
    When someone learns from a truly skilled and experienced pilot, like me, they get a more real and fun experience flying paramotors. First, they are far safer and second, they have a lot more fun!
    If you learn from someone who doesn't have anywhere near my level of skill, you're putting yourself at serious risk of getting hurt, and you won't know it until it is too late...

      The fact that you are asking in this way shows that you do not even care where it is, you are just trying to deceive people as to the FACT that there ACTUALLY IS somewhere where anyone with internet access can post video of them setting records. Post a video showing yourself, or someone else that gives you permission to post, performing a skill with PPG and you are now in the record book.

How does one watch a video of that which nobody else on earth can do and then talk trash and try to pretend none of it matters because skill doesn't exist if Guinness doesn't say it does? lol. Again this is a really good example of the types that truly are not a good fit for aviation. So many like this have died and it's really getting old to continue seeing such people die on a regular basis all because they argued with truth instead of seeking it out.

      What's funny is how absurd it is to talk trash like that when you can't post a single video to refute the actual facts shared. Seriously who would argue or mock truth their life depends on? If there were someone with better skills why not just SHOW the video instead of play the fool who thinks to distract people away from the facts with bs? Aviation is definitely not for everyone. For those who don't see the critical importance of learning from the very best it really makes no sense at all. For such people the only place they have in aviation is in a wooden box 6 ft under. For those who do think logically and rationally it is absolutely critical to really look at who does have the very best skills who can do what no others can do as it's the only way to cut through the bs and see clearly who really does know what they are talking about. So many fools die though after talking mindless trash with no intelligence trying to pretend it's funny to mock the truth that would have saved their life. Over 80+ people have died just like that after having reacted the same way to the real truth only to then die exactly how they were warned. It's pretty crazy how some simply can't see truth no matter how obvious it is. Seriously where is any video of anyone else in the world doing things like in this video? You can't learn true and real skills from those who don't have them and don't teach them. Those who want the best skills know you can only learn them from those who have them.

    • @DellSchanze
      @DellSchanze  Před 4 lety +1

      Thank you. Yes I've already designed that very thing. It would be a bit more expensive though and in such a small industry volume might be an issue to recoup design costs. So generally the focus in lighter and less expensive units that get the job done as safely as possible. I would be nice to fly in a heated cabin all winter though with the radio playing. :) Where there is righteousness there is progress. The real issue in the sport is the sheer level of dishonesty and unrighteousness. With so many putting sooooo much effort into pushing horrifically unsafe products and bogus training and telling every lie they can make up about the best & safest gear and training to try to deceive people into the horrible gear it greatly reduces actual progress in the sport. Plus with so many dishonest and incompetent people it horribly damages the image of the sport like Brad Hill who got the entire coast of Oregon shut down to paramotoring off the beach there. Or the usppa fraud that destroyed paramotoring from areas in Panama City Beach. It takes a ton of effort just to combat the dishonesty that could have gone into progressing the sport. So it's one step at a time. First people need to become skilled and safe pilots themselves and with the best & safest gear. Then work forwards from there. Sorry if that was a bit more of a response than you were looking for. lol

      @@PhoenixBoy749 Yes there are a lot of extremely dishonest people in the world like Andy. Literally every single thing he calls an "upgrade" is a very foolish mistake. All of them. Not one single thing he claims makes any sense once you understand how much work and testing every detail went into the Flat Top. Making unit much heavier is not an upgrade lol. It's a severe downgrade. Raising hook in points isn't an "upgrade" it totally uncertified any glider you fly as that exact position is very critical and just that alone just got another guy killed which I show in another of my videos. There is certified height and uncertified. Moving the fuel tank totally jacks it up. It's critical that the weight of the fuel is as far from the center of prop as possible which naturally counters the torque of the engine. Plus fixing it in place is an issue. With the Flat Top it easily slides up and out of the way if you set it on something and is completely quick release so it's very simple to take on and off. A cheap low end very heavy harness with a big chunk of plywood for a seatboard is not an "upgrade" it's an extremely heavy and poorly designed downgrade. Also changing it's position is why it totally jacks up the perfected and proven design so their fake jacked up heavy unit bangs you in the back of the legs where it's impossible for the Flat Top to touch your legs when it's adjusted correctly. Adding heavier line only creates a ton more drag and since they don't use the high end expensive rivets it's a useless downgrade since their rivets will sheer off anyway. Adding more tubes again creates more drag and far more weight. Nobody has ever had their throttle go back through the cage so again a total lie and then the sloppy unit has a much much bigger hole so trying to pretend it's an upgrade is absurd. I could go through every single detail with piles of info but it's pretty simple that dishonest newbies that slap stuff together have absolutely no clue about design or how each and every detail from one thing effects many others. Of course who would buy from someone pushing a poorly constructed totally jacked up fake unit anyway? It's like buying a fake crappy gopro compared to a real gopro from those that call lower resolution and clarity an upgrade. Those who try to rip off designs are not those to support as it's the inventors that are the ones who create the incredible. Plus who is going to train someone that supports crooks pushing fakes heavy crap? I certainly won't. There is so much more to becoming an incredibly skilled and safe pilot. Same liar pushing the scam gear is also pushing totally uncertified class gliders. It's quite interesting just how much effort dishonest people go to in order to be dishonest when it would be so much easier to just be honest and sell the best gear.

      There are hundreds of reasons competent pilots only fly Flat Tops. Protection from the prop is a huge one. Other units are so flimsy there is nothing to keep you out of the prop when you have an oops. The Flat Top is so strong you can literally stand on the netting without it flexing into the prop. Plus it's 6 lbs lighter than even units like the carbon fiber one that is super flimsy. Lighter and stronger. Then there is crumple zone on the Flat Top that doesn't exist on other units. With flying you are going to smack into the ground at some point and the Flat Top is the only unit that gives you protection for your spine. Up to 18 inches of crumple zone can literally absorb even a full stall from a wing like the Dominator. Face plant protection is still another. Trip & fall with most units which is guaranteed to happen running around with weight on your back, and other units will smash you face first into the ground which results in broken fingers, hands, wrists, arms, smashed faces, shredded bodies. The Flat Top has the comfort bars that stick way out in front of you so it's impossible for it to face plant you into the ground. Showing the countless records I've set and doing things nobody else on earth can do is not about my ego. I don't give a crap. It's about people's lives. People need to know who truly is the best and what real skills actually look like so they can do real actual research. Hey Dell! Awesome video! Would love to learn even half the things you do in this video! I’m just curious what your thoughts are about the ozone mojo power! This is a wing I just purchased after training from Cloud 9. I’m in the market to buy a motor as well and have thought a lot about buying a parajet maverick, again would love to hear what you think about both? Thanks

    • @DellSchanze
      @DellSchanze  Před 4 lety +5

      The Mojo pwr is a pretty decently safe wing. Not as safe as the Dominator but not bad. The problem is it's lack of performance means you will end up buying a new wing very quickly. That's where the Dominator just rocks. Because it has the best performance you get to fly the very safest wing but have the performance you want at the same time. Nothing wrong with the Mojo though so you are ok until you get tired of it other than the low performance itself is a safety issue and because it is so slow it will severely limit you in the wind conditions you can actually fly in. The parajet is basically the worst pile of crap in history. The only thing better about it from a blackhawk is that at least the parajet can come with a decent engine. What most don't realize is that they are the same unit. Parajet, scout, air conception, blackhawk and many others are just copies of the super old and horrible skycruiser design. To understand just how horrible and unsafe that unit is you would have to watch the video series of the 304 reasons competent pilots only fly Flat Tops. Here is the first one: czcams.com/video/KyVWAJ1kRBo/video.html there are literally hundreds of issues with that old design. Blackhawk first ripped off skycruiser and put them out of business. Blackhawk used to sell the horrible skycruiser unit but then just made a fake copy and started selling that instead. Many others have that same type of design. No protection from the prop, no crumple zone, no quick release harness, no face plant protection... watch the video series as there are so many things you would just never think of to even ask about in a paramotor. So currently the only paramotor to get would be the Flat Top. Now the bad news is you will really want to take actual SUPER training as Cloud 9 doesn't actually train people. Or in reality it's good news as it's better to find this out now than like the guy in my last class who broke his back because of Cloud 9 not even teaching him basic skills such as the reflexes to automatically prevent collapses and active pilot the glider. Real training will also save you a pile of money from what it saves you in totally destroying gear. This sport is not one you just sort of figure out over the years. When you are trained wrong you will just keep doing the same wrong things over and over year after year and not really understand why things are so difficult when they really don't need to be. Master the perfected skills up front and it's a completely different experience. Just look at the skills coming out of SUPER training and simply see if you actually have those skills or ability or not. Skills are really not an opinion. Either you can reverse kite no hands or you can't. Either you can kite up a vertical wall or perfectly control the altitude of your body give or take 1 inch using the glider or you can't. Either you rocked hundreds of flights during your training working down glider size after glider size or you didn't. You want to get down to the smallest size you can easily launch at this altitude that is within your skill level as it will drastically open up when and where you can fly and drastically improve your safety for those days when you get caught in crazy air and just need the speed and extra stability of a smaller Dominator. It's incredible what you can do in this sport when you have the right skills and gear. Without them though it's a nightmare waiting to happen. I wasted far more money than you buying goofy stuff that I quickly had to dump but if you follow my input you will never waste another dime as you can get the absolute best the first time and have all the odds stacked in your favor. Just call me any time at 800-707-2525. I'll be happy to let you try things back to back so you can see for yourself why we fly what we fly.

    There are only two kinds of pilots: Those who take every time lots of risks and those who live long.
    Saying you never had an accident doesn't mean you will never have one...
    One thing my ''not the best instructor in the world'' learned to me, was not being overconfident nor neglecting human factor when flying.
    Hope it will end well for you and your students...

      DOH!! Then one click on this guy's name and DOH!! Not one single video. Why do those who are not even pilots pretend they are oh so smart that they should try to argue with the best in the world out doing what no others on earth can do? These types of people are those who get seriously injured & killed and truly don't have the intelligence level for the sport. Did he SHOW his skill that he supposedly attained from this said "instructor"?? Nope. Did he SHOW the instructor's skill??? Nope. Did he SHOW anything or even try to back up what he said? Nope. All he did is try to talk trash and pretend to know more than an actual master of the sport. This is a perfect demonstration of foolishness and those who truly should not have anything at all to do with any form of aviation. It's those like this reacting emotionally trying to focus on how they "feel" about what they hear and then talking trash if they feel offended that the truth they heard was too strong for them... then there are those who are intelligent logical and rational people that stick to the freaking FACTS!!! Is there anyone else on earth that can do what I've SHOWN?? The answer is either yes or no. It's not about how you feel it about it the life & death critical factor is about who does actually have the skills to back up what they say. Then you look at the skill of the students. Notice this guy trying to argue with a master pilot doesn't have even one single video on his channel!!!! How does that compare to the SUPER students like SUPER Lee who knocked out 530 FREAKING FLIGHTS DURING HIS 10 DAYS OF SUPER TRAINING STARTING FROM NEVER HAVING TOUCHED A GLIDER????!!!!! A guy with ZERO NOTHING trying to argue with the best instructor in the world who puts out students that in 10 days go from nothing to knocking out 530 flights and working from an XL size clear down to an XXXXS you can see clearly they have absolutely incredible control of. THAT is logical. That is rational. That is focusing on FACTS and reality. A guy talking trash that has ZERO vs the best instructor in the world who's students are setting countless world records all over youtube. True vs false. Correct vs incorrect. For those that care more how they feel about facts than the actual facts.... do not even think about aviation as guys like this are those who end up dead right after arguing with the best in the world who tried to save their life with the FACTS.

      Glad you answered with so much courtesy and respect. Needless to say that your answer is talking for itself...
      It was not a personal attack against you (Unlike your answer) ...
      To take your words ''This is a perfect demonstration of foolishness and those who truly should not have anything at all to do with any form of aviation.''
      Because for me respect and humility is part of this sport. (Which was the main message of my first comment)
      Performance can also be achieved by being respectful to others...
      I'm not trying to convince anyone I'm a good pilot, I neither have to prove it with any video... As you said... I have no video on my channel... not a single one... Of any kind...
      Glad that you can make money and live your passion.
      But at least, try to SHOW a little bit of respect...

      @@georgesroussel4776 Again a perfect example of how you completely ignored the FACTS shared by the best in the world and ONLY focus on your emotional feelings without any regard at all for the life & death critical facts shared. Again a PERFECT example of the types of people that don't belong in ANY form of aviation. This is not like buying a toaster. This is aviation where facts are critical and one doesn't have time to get all emotional about how something is said while they whine up and down about it and totally ignore what was said and the critical facts to it. When you get into rough air crying and whining like this and blaming and insulting simply isn't going to address the issue at hand. Focusing on the issue without emotion is what's going to make one safer. You keep showing your total lack of ability to focus on the truth and facts without any emotion to it. You are not a pilot, haven't had ANY actual training and don't have proper gear. Then you argue with the one who can do what no others on earth can do. This is NOT the sport for you. Sadly foolish emotional people just don't listen to the facts and details like this so I'm sure you will just get emotional again. I post this for those who do want to know why 99% of the carnage & death is easily preventable. It's people like this who are literally the 99%. Those who think logically and rationally without getting emotional can actually have incredible safety in the sport. There is always risk but it's about the odds. The emotional people who can't focus on logic and reason to save their life like this guy simply don't belong in combat or in aviation or in any pressure situations where emotional stability is life & death critical.

    Great Video first of all, I am new to the sport and I have been watching a ton of videos, both tutorial and entertainment style vids. I have set a goal for myself to be in the air by spring 2021 and would like to get your opinion on both gear and training. With my budget I am looking hard at the Gravity Defiant with the Moster 185 and I’m leaning towards a dudek universal or velocity edge wing but not sold on either just yet. What is your take on the Defiant and what would you suggest for a first wing? I am 6’ tall 200lbs athletic build so I’m not worried if the gear is on the heavier end as long as its sturdy. Also with training I have considered buying a used cheap wing to practice kiting do you think it would be a waste of time and money or should I wait until I get “real” training and kite the wing I plan to fly? Thanks for your input and thanks for the videos you post I look forward to viewing more in the future!!!

    • @DellSchanze
      @DellSchanze  Před 3 lety +1

      I'm glad you asked because that is basically the worst and most deadly gear in the history of the sport. So no definitely don't even think about ANY of the gear you mentioned. The Graivty is just yet another fake skycruiser clone without a single safety update to address any of the horrible issues causing serious injuries & deaths for over 40 years now. So zero competent pilots would fly that even if it were given to then for free. The Universal is a hoaxflex death trap they call "reflex" which again is literally the absolute worst and most deadly wing in all of history on top of being a total pig pile of crap to fly fine sir. The Velocity Edge is a pile of crap but despite being a totally uncertified class wing it's still much safer than the death trap Dudek. Don't get ANY wing they call 'reflex" as they are thousands and thousands of times more likely to collapse and when they collapse you do a backflip 180 and lock into a face down spiral into the ground. So many have died on that crap it's just ridiculous. All the best pilots in the world fly Flat Tops as you don't live long enough on other units to get to be the best in the world. So the Flat Top is the ONLY paramotor to fly. For gliders any good name brand certified glider would be ok but really the Dominator is the best and since they isn't a big price difference between the best and the worst it would make much more sense to just get the very best the first time. The Flat Top & Dominator is what I'm setting world records on all over youtube and is the safest which is why it's what I put my own kids on. Just call 800-707-2525 before you do anything and talk to real actual experts. You automatically know anyone recommending the gear you named is totally incompetent and dishonest. In this sport it's life & death critical to LOOK at the skill level of whom you are taking advice from which is why I made this video SHOWING my skill level and challenging all others to do the same. If I flew gear like what you named I would be dead right now over a dozen times over. The Flat Top will really save your butt and the durability is soooo much better you would literally spend more repairing the horrible units than it cost to just buy a brand new Flat Top. The Flat Tops also hold their value the very best so you don't throw money away. No it's not worth it to get a glider and "play with it". That would be like buying a karate outfit and trying to practice karate before you actually take karate. What would you practice? Without SUPER training you simply wouldn't have the pieces that are critical and would just practice things wrong and backwards. It's not practice that makes perfect but perfect practice. So it's much much better to just wait until you take SUPER training and do it right the first time right up front so you master the perfected skills as it will save you a fortune. One loss of control of the glider and you can shred it in the prop costing more in one oops than all of SUPER training costs so just start with SUPER training.

    Dell; At this point in your career are there any fearful moments in flying with that skill level, and if so how often do you get into situations that you think, "uh oh, this could go bad right now"? Or are you at a point where you've eliminated most of the risk in maneuvers because of your expertise and experience that even the extreme maneuvers become routine. In other words, I'm sure you still feel the rush and challenge at times but are you ever routinely afraid any longer after achieving this level of discipline, or are those moments few and far in between now?

    • @DellSchanze
      @DellSchanze  Před 3 lety +4

      There is only one time I messed up and could have died from it that I can really think of and it's on video. I put skis and boots on and then did a loop on an 11sm Morpheus acro glider. The extra weight made it turn much faster than normal so when I yanked for a 360 I ended up with a 540 coming out of the loop upside down only about 70 ft off the ground and dove straight at the ground for the exit. I came out exactly at ground level and figured since I was there I might as well do a wing tip drag so it totally looks like I meant to do it but it was as close as I've come to death that I can really think of. Not sure of the name of the video as I have so many but it's from quite a bit ago. This sport is pretty ridiculously safe if you get SUPER training along with the gear I recommend. Keep in mind I've never once been injured and I'm the one out pushing all the limits and doing things nobody else on earth can do. So I would not be worried about the safety as the safety is about as high as it gets for an action sport IF you follow exactly what I tell you. If you don't the safety is absolutely horrible with way way over 100 people getting shredded in props on total crap gear. It's really messed up as it has nothing to do with the real actual sport but makes the sport look bad simply when people were just too irrational to choose to fly Flat Tops & Dominators. I've been through some seriously wild stuff but the gear is so incredibly safe I really just don't get worried for safety as I fully understand how good my odds are. One can die doing anything but the odds of dying on a Flat Top & Dominator with SUPER skills is pretty ridiculously low. Just call us at 800-707-2525 and I'll make sure all the odds are stacked in your favor just as I would do for my own kids.

So don't fly over major airports or the white house and don't fly in a manner where if your cell phone falls out of your pocket that it could hit someone in the head or go through some car window or house. Other than that you are pretty much wide open to do what ever the heck you want as long as you are not putting anyone else in danger. It's one of the great things about Flat Top paramotors.

This video is literally of you bragging about how your better than every one. Then you saying ‘you will see no body else in the world do this ’ dude, you may be the first now but people will improve and your not better than every one. And then you saying ‘whole different leavel of skill’ just because can do all these cool things doesn’t mean your better than every one.

      Aviation simply isn't for people like you so this video has nothing to do with you. For those like you who think emotionally instead of logically and intelligently you really should not have anything at all to do with aviation. For those who are logical and intelligent it's really pretty simple reasoning that training with the very best is life & death critical and this video SHOWS the simple facts and explains them in detail. It is also as honest and factual as it gets since it SHOWS exactly what is the best and leaves it wide open for anyone else in the world to beat it fair and square. An arrogant person doesn't open themselves up for challenges from everyone else as it's all about their ego. This video has zero to do with ego and 100% to do with educating people as to who does truly have the very best skills and SHOWS those facts clearly. So for those with the intelligence to understand how critical it is to research who really does have the very best skills this video gives them an incredible resource that makes it super simple to compare equals to equals. If someone else made a video saying they were the best and SHOWED what they can do I would simply make a video beating what they show. Facts are facts. Only the one who truly is the best can logically comprehend what really is the best and how much work it takes to make it to that next level like that. I really don't care if weak minded people are offended by facts. Those are not the types i want to work with. Confident and capable people are those who fully appreciate others just stating the facts for what they are expert at. Everyone has something they are really good at. Only truly confident honest people and total liars claim to be the best. One who claims to be the best makes it very very simple to either prove them right or prove them a liar. So those with the ability for analytical reasoning fully appreciate videos like this one. For those who are more focused on how they emotionally feel about facts vs the facts themselves really shouldn't even be allowed to vote let alone have anything at all to do with aviation or any other area that requires rational quick thinking.

      A person's shame and guilt come from their knowingly doing what's wrong and dishonest. Like talking crap when someone SHOWS the truth will definitely come with the feelings of guilt. Same reason those who act like perverts have the 2nd highest suicide rate in the nation. No matter how many lies they tell people and no matter how many parades they put on trying to prevent they can be "proud" of doing what's terribly wrong it will never ever change the fact of how they feel about themselves inside for knowingly doing what's wrong. The #1 suicide rate is among those who literally kill their own children. While they can lie up and down to everyone including themselves claiming "it was just cells" the fact is the guilt one feels after intentionally and knowingly murdering their own child is horrifying. People who demand it's ok to murder your own children should watch the stories of just how people feel after they go through will brutally murdering their child. God is very very real so you cannot do something so horribly wrong without the guilt and shame that comes with the act. Only through true and real repentance and choosing to keep the commandments can people find true peace and joy after having done something like that. It's like those who lie up and down to deceive people into buying hoaxflex death trap gliders they call "reflex" and then 7 more people DIE because of their intentional deception. There simply is no true peace or joy for the wicked. Only through righteousness can people find true and real joy.

For those with a bit of intelligence it makes more sense to listen to those who can SHOW they can do what no others can do instead of mindless trash talkers who can't even remotely try to refute the actual facts so all they do is talk mindless trash like this guy. If people like this had anything intelligent to say they would just say it instead of posting mindless trash. For the intelligent and honest people out there it's those like this who give you an idea of the 80+ people who have died after talking trash and lying about basic truth and honesty. This sport is actually incredible safety for those who have a bit of intelligence. For those that talk trash to experts instead of listen their deaths really have zero to do with the real actual sport.

      Trash is what people talk who don't have anything intelligent to say. It really should be as simple as SHOWING a video exactly like you say. If someone can SHOW better skills and SHOW their students have better skills then there would be no need or reason for trash talking. It's really quite simple and logical exactly as you put it. Sadly many in the world today don't deal in logic and reason. Definitely not the types to trust your life to for gear or training. Either what someone says is logical and factual with benefit to it or they are a waste of your time. :) 800-707-2525

Confidence and character is when you show exactly what your true and real skills are in hopes to help others not DIE by seeing the honest truth of where people's skill levels are at before they take advice from them. If you watch a video of things nobody on earth can do and your reaction is to insult and belittle. You likely don't have the wisdom or logical reasoning skills for aviation. This sport is definitely not for everyone. Especially the average or below average. People often ask me how long it takes for the average person to become a skilled pilot. The real answer is never. Average people don't become skilled pilots.

      There is only one valid translation and that's the translation that comes to you personally through the Holy Ghost after you join the one true church and receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. Never ever in the one true church do you have to just blindly believe the words of ANY man not even the Bible. Just like the Bible says it's only through the Holy Ghost that man may KNOW the truth to all things. So seek out the one true church, confirm it's truth through God directly so that you can KNOW the truth and then move forwards following God instead of the arm of flesh. ALL other churches are false. Once you KNOW the truth and gain the gift of the Holy Ghost the truth can be so absurdly obvious you can literally pick members of the truth church out of a crowd just by who has the spirit of God surrounding them. It's pretty cool.

      Aviation really isn't for those who can't deal with the truth straight up fine sir. :) If someone is more worried about how something is said vs the facts of what's said then this really isn't the sport for them. For those logically minded who is going to explain the details of skills that doesn't have them? If one can do what no others on earth can do how then could someone else explain in detail exactly why and what the skill level difference is between different maneuvers? Only the one doing them has the knowledge to explain it in detail. The simple fact is I am the best. Anyone who whines about someone simply stating the facts shouldn't have anything at all to do with aviation as facts are critical and stating them isn't in the slightest bit arrogant. This video is to SHOW people who knows what they are talking about with skills and facts not bs and lies like others use. It has nothing to do with my ego and 100% to do with people's lives who depend on the best and most accurate advice from the one who really can do what no others on earth can do. If there is someone besting what I've shown then by all means show the video. It's not rocket science. For all those whining about how they feel about the facts by all means choose another sport. For those who do care about the facts and fully appreciate that someone does actually just tell it like it is and SHOW the fact and challenge anyone to beat it by all means call me at 800-707-2525. Only the mentally weak are worried about how people are going to take the truth. I don't give one rats crap if people are offended by the facts. I don't give one crap about sales. I share the facts because it's my moral obligation since people's lives depend on the facts. For those that care about facts and honesty just give me a shout. For those that don't please please do not come to me and stay out of the sport although such types as we know are already too stupid to take advice from the best so they won't really care about that logic either.

    • @DellSchanze
      @DellSchanze  Před 4 lety

      False. The liar claiming 100 is just lying. That's why you only see a split second screenshot of a supposed speed. Watch the real record as honest people have nothing to hide. You can watch the gps speed the whole time as the runs are done in opposite directions over and over and the average is taken between the 2 in order to eliminate any tail wind. The highest tail wind speed is 89.4 mph which I also set in about 40 mph wind with a glider that was doing about 50 mph air speed. Again you can watch the GPS speed the whole time as I go back and forth in opposite directions so you can see the difference. You really don't want to be gullible in this sport as there are many total flat out liars. If someone really can and does set a speed record they will SHOW the real actual evidence not just a split second screenshot. You need to be able to watch the speed difference between up wind and down wind so you can see what the true and real speed is. There are seriously sick and evil people in this sport that just killed 7 more gullible people that fell for the lies. You have to use a bit of intelligent and logic to cut through those setting world records and SHOWING every bit of evidence you need vs those totally trying to scam you to death. Plus notice I've set pretty much every speed record in the sport and you can watch the whole history as I've increased the top speed over years of testing and work. The scammers are pretty obvious as you can see from their other videos they don't have even the most basic skill or understanding of the speed and have never done anything exceptional in the sport in their lives but then magically suggest they just went out and set a record? Seriously? No you don't do 100 mph on a piece of crap glider with a gutless motor that won't even barely hit 35 mph let alone 100. Speed is a factor of efficiency and power. As you accelerate it takes more and more power to maintain altitude. The more efficient the glider the higher the max speed you can attain before you run out of power. Plus the more power you have the higher the top speed you can reach before you run out of power to maintain altitude. So no you can't just take some piece of crap 8 sm speed glider and go out and set a speed record as you won't even have enough power to get the thing in the air let alone set a speed record. Been there tried that actually. I have the video to show for it. You can also see in many many of my videos where I'm also showing a similar speed. If you use that same motor and that same wing with that same weight you can attain that same speed over and over. So if you see from their videos they have never gone over 35 mph in their lifetime they don't just magically hit 100mph with the same horrible gear. I have tested countless wings over the years as well as numerous motors. You can see me improving the speed record over the years. This is how reality work. Not bs screenshots of liars who don't know crap about the sport who just lie to try to deceive people away from the fact that will save lives.

    • @DellSchanze
      @DellSchanze  Před 4 lety

      @glen paul Notice the guy didn't show you actual video of the flight SHOWING the gps speed the whole time. There is always a reason when they don't want to SHOW you what's really happening. For one it would only be a tail wind speed like you wisely noticed and for two I wouldn't trust a thing those people say as they absolutely hate truth. Those are the ones that will tell any lie they can make up to deceive people away from the truth. If they really could set a record you can be sure they would actually SHOW it and make it obvious. So while yes it could technically be possible to fly up into an 80mph tail wind in all likeliness the total crap gear they are flying would be knocked out of the sky if they tried to climb up through that sheer layer. Also one doesn't just go out and set a record out of the blue when you can look back through their videos and see they don't actually have jack squat for skills. Someone that can legitimately set records will have a history of doing incredible things. You can watch me set the speed record over and over and just keep on upping my record as I tested tons of different gliders including completely custom made one of a king gliders I had specifically built for that purpose. Someone flying a piece of crap that won't even top 35 mph doesn't just magically go set a record the next day. So while I'm not saying it's impossible I would say from vast experience that one should be extremely suspicious when they don't actually SHOW any real evidence. When I set a speed record I SHOW the GPS the whole time so you can see clear the speeds going back and forth into the wind over and over and over. Plus I usually do them closer to the ground so you can also see I'm going exactly in the opposite direction like down the same coast line of a lake or something. Plus at low altitude you know I'm not getting speed by falling out of the sky. Sadly there are many many liars in the world that don't seem to care one bit how many they get killed. They spend countless hours trying to think up how to deceive people away from the real facts and the best & safest gear. It's pretty messed up. Just something to consider.

    • @DellSchanze
      @DellSchanze  Před 4 lety

      @glen paul Remember those like Honeycutt are liars so you have to first just assume they are lying and then consider how they are lying. Did they SHOW the GPS speed the whole time from the air while SHOWING they were flying a paramotor? If they didn't SHOW the GPS while they were flying at the same time then why do you suppose they would intentionally keep this obvious evidence from you? When Tucker shows only a 1 second screen shot of a speed you again have to think why exactly would they do that if they did actually go as fast as they are claiming? Think like a cop and just assume such types of people are always lying and trying to hide something. If they don't SHOW the GPS the whole time from the air with them flying in the same video then there is a reason for it and the reason is that they are almost for sure lying and didn't actually do what they claimed. It's like Tuckers latest claim to be able to fly 56 mph. They make up such lies to try to deceive people into thinking their gear is better than it actually is. While they try to pretend they are "unbiased" and just trying to help people this is also a blatant lie or they wouldn't intentionally try to deceive people to their deaths. So they are very specifically and intentionally lying to deceive people from getting the very best & safest gear and training. Good people all too often like to just assume that other people are basically good and honest like themselves. One truly does not have a full understanding or appreciation for the 51 mph paramotor world speed record I've set until they actually try to beat it honestly fair and square. To make that speed is incredibly difficult. You can see through years and years of my videos I've been testing all sorts of one of a kind custom build gliders that were built very specifically for me to set a new paramotor world speed record. So joe blow on some piece of crap like a scout that has nowhere near the power of a Flat Top is not going to touch 51 mph actual air speed. I set the previous paramotor world speed record at 50 mph on the 11 sm Morpheus acro glider which again was custom built just for me to do that with. I beat the record by only 1 single mph with the Dominator. You are not going to just magically hit 56 mph. These people simply have absolutely zero clue what it takes to go faster and the drag is exponentially higher as you increase so it get's harder and hard. It's like the land speed record in a car. Just to increase a little bit you need to literally double the HP. So no joe blow is not going to take a less powerful engine and a total pile of crap wing and beat 51 mph if you understand how it really works. Sadly people who don't understand the sport have to really think long and hard about what I'm saying before even they believe or can comprehend what I'm sharing. Max speed is an equation of efficiency and power in this sport. Since hoaxflex death traps are far LESS efficient as they don't even use an airfoil design to create lift but instead angle of attack they simply run out of power long before they attain any notable speed. I had a special 10 sm hoaxflex death trap made that had an 8:1 aspect ratio. It barely made 43 mph at full throttle. God actually saved my butt on that one and the miracle is on video. It's not on the net though. So no, not even an 8:1 aspect ratio hoaxflex death trap is going to even remotely touch a Dominator.

    Hey Dell, just wondering if you're a Christian or not. I'm a christian that believes the word of God is the King James Bible. Was just curious

    • @DellSchanze
      @DellSchanze  Před 3 lety +1

      Yes I'm an actual Christian so I know the Bible is only the word of God as far as it is translated correctly and since it's ONLY through the Holy Ghost that man may KNOW the truth to all things the Bible doesn't do you much good if you don't actually listen to God directly fine sir. That's why there are literally thousands of false churches all claiming to follow the Bible who all make up all sorts of strange interpretations all while pretending to follow the Bible. There is only one true church on the face of the earth. God himself will confirm this to you as true so you can truly KNOW it's true through the Holy Ghost exactly as is the only way to KNOW. To be a real actual Christian you actually must be a real actual member of the one true church of Jesus Christ and must have the gift of the Holy Ghost and actually follow God. So while there are many who claim to be Christian that don't really follow God at all I would stress that no I'm not one of the fake Christians I'm one of the few real ones. :) Real ones also fully expect you to NOT blindly believe they are real because it's ONLY through the Holy Ghost that man may KNOW the truth to all things so if you want to know if I'm a real actual Christian simply listen to the Holy Ghost for confirmation of this truth and ONLY accept direct confirmation from God as actual evidence of it's surety. :) Seek and ye shall find. Another interesting fact is that the true church of Jesus Christ must be called by his name for if it's called by any other name then it's not his church. So in order for a church to be true it must be called the Church of Jesus Christ. Since it wasn't restored until 1830 it's called the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Again never blindly believe the words of any man. Simply learn about the one true church and then ask God directly if it's true and God will confirm it's truth to you directly so that you can KNOW with complete surety of it's truth and never ever have to blindly believe the words of any man. There is also a true prophet on the earth today but again we don't blindly believe the words of the prophet since it's only through the Holy Ghost that man may KNOW the truth to all things so it's not the words of the prophet we KNOW are true but the fact that the Holy Ghost confirms the truth of those words to each and every person directly that you can KNOW of their surety. It's really cool how it works as you don't have to just "believe" but can indeed actually KNOW.

    Just over a year ago after watching a CZcams video I saw one featured on the right showing Powered Para Gliding (PPG). I started flying when I was 15 years old. I continued flying until I was in my early 30's. By that time I had a wife, a house, and a family to support and could no longer justify the expense of flying. From that time until last year (I turned 67 then and am now 68) I kept dreaming of one day being able to get back into the air.
    When I saw that first PPG video I realized this is how I can finally fulfill my dream of flying again. I started watching more and more PPG Videos. I also started looking for training in the San Diego, CA area. Eventually I saw a Video that was trash talking Dell Schanze (SUPER Dell). Then I saw other videos that talked bad about Dell. At that time I did a search on CZcams and found his channel. I saw lots of videos of his students learning to fly PPG and realized this is what I needed. I watched all of Dell's videos from both of his channels on CZcams. I also read every comment. Long before I finished all of them I was convinced that Dell's SUPER Training was the only way to go.
    My first SUPER Training was June 2019, but was only able to get to the first 4 days due to my schedule conflict. I returned in August for the full 10 days. I was NOT disappointed. It was Awesome. I got to know Dell and his family, as well as the other assistant instructors. I can not say enough WONDERFUL things about SUPER Training. Anyone who values their life in this Sport should ONLY use SUPER Training. Dell is not only HIGHLY SKILLED, but is a great teacher.
    I look l forward to returning to SUPER Training as often as I can to further progress my skills and also become an assistant instructor. Now that I am retired I have the time, but my wife still wants me at home unless she can also come with me to Corpus Christi (she came with me in June, but not August/September.
    Anyway, anyone who thinks that Dell speaks from Ego, or trying to brag about his skills, I can assure you that he speaks from his heart, as he really does not want anyone out there flying PPG to be hurt or killed needlessly. We all do need the best training and develop the best skill to participate in this sport as safely as possible.
