This video is designed to walk you through the process of creating your customer avatar which will help you focus your messaging, marketing and products on your best possible customer segment.
In order to properly complete the customer avatar research you need the avatar worksheets in order to follow along and complete the process yourself. In the link above you will get full access to the customer avatar template PDF that includes three separate worksheets we will work on together.
I recommend that you print out those PDF templates first before completing the video in order to write what you learn from your customer research onto the actual worksheet templates.
These will work as your personal checklists to make sure you have everything you need to know about your customer avatar so you can begin creating exactly what they're searching for.

The first time I was walk through the process of creating a customer avatar I had multiple "ah ha!" moments that offered breakthrough insights that has resulted in significant growth in my business.
the most common mistake I see from rookie entrepreneurs and failing business owners is a lack of understanding about who their customer is and what drives the customer's decisions.
When you build out a proper customer profile based on the psychographic information, not just the demographic information, you gain insights into their life, their motivations, their values and what emotionally triggers them to action.

This is something i never thought of until I saw your 2022 business idea *fire emoji* video. I filled out the form and have narrowed down my ideal customer even more, I've also decided who and who I'm not going to do business with.

This is a very detailed video. Probably the most detailed video I’ve seen on customer avatars. However, it would have helped to see you actually doing your research (searching on FB, Instagram, etc) and Showing the information you’re finding that you decide to use in order to answer these questions and build this imaginary customer. Explaining is good, showing is best. It gives more of that “ah ha” lightbulb moment for people.

But that's not what I wanted to dwell on. I went through all the video and now I'll go through it again (and again and again) I want to ask you something in relation to the research. Q1 / You mentioned that you had lots of avatars. Are they all in the same niche, or do you have different niches as well? Q2 / With the other different niches, are you Miles Beckler, or do you use pen names with them?
Q3 / When you mentioned that you must have testimonials on page 4 of the video, what if you don't have anybody because there are no sales yet and there are affiliate products? Your content is amazing. Thank you for sharing. Aldo

Hi miles! Can you recommend any service for distributing AUDIO lead magents? I know you talked about this in one of your videos.
I'm trying not to bother you too much, but I have one matter that is really confusing my brain...As I build out several customer avatars (all for the same niche/website), I'm also trying to do the keyword research for each of those avatars, which in my mind, makes sense to get traffic from each of those groups...The part I'm stuck on is how do I avoid writing duplicate content?...or am I looking at this all wrong?
Should the avatar specifics be reserved for maybe writing ad copy and such? ...Or do I just write generic forms of Pillar-Posts, where one size fits all, then back-link some basic (avatar-specific) articles or ad copy back to those main articles (Pillar Posts)?...I hope this makes sense, my brain hurts.

Just start publishing useful content focused on keywords your audience is searching. The avatar concept is more relevant after you have traffic to build your list. Keep your blogs generic enough for all/most your avatars to still get the answers they seek

Hello Miles, is it possible to implement this and different kind of ads (Facebook ads for example) into an affiliate site which sells and gives information about different types of kitchen knives for example?
technically speaking, yes. that said it is extremely difficult and I don't think I could pull that off with all of the skills that I've gained over 20 years online
