The Pond looks awesome. What is it about the second child being a water rat? My Seanna would put on her swimsuit in mid-March and jump into the lake we lived by. That one tree will make a great fish habitat.
All you need to add is a dock, and maybe a picnic table to the area.

Preston had a flat bottom boat innit a couple years ago, it’s just a lot to lug it down and back, can’t leave it there incase it gets stolen. I want Jeremy to build a legit so we can sit in the deck and watch the boys fish🙌🏼 my leg is so much better! Thank you for asking! 🫶
