- A damn fine tune for a damn fine Bond movie. Here's an extended instrumental version of "The living daylights" by A-ha.
PS, in my not so humble opinion I think Timothy Dalton should've been given more time as 007.

This production is brought to you by the MI6 Movie Studio. - Hry
Dalton should have started earlier. People where used to Moore. Dalton was a whole new style they where not used to in the time. Underrated bond for sure. Glad he made two movies still
He was soooo handsome
The mark of a great James Bond theme is, does it work both with and without lyrics? This one is, quite simply, a banger.
Beautiful bass with this song, and it's one of my favorite Bond movies of all time! If you have the right earphones, this song is amazing!
Andy ,
I agree. The air cargo fight scene is still absolutely jaw dropping.👍🏿
I believe he was offered a 3rd film after the legal protraction that pause the franchise for years but declined to make more movies. He would have been great in Goldeneye.
That happens to be one of my favourite Bond movies. The imagery, the music... The slightly lingering Cold War theme... It's just perfect. But in all honesty, all Bond movies are unique in their own right.
@@MI6_Movie_Studio the living daylights is one of my favourite bond films, the ah-ha song is epic. Goldeneye was great, i can 100% see his Timothy Dalton could have stepped into the film, I need to watch it again
@@roasthunter I think that he declined because they wanted a new deal that would be more than just one movie and he didnt feel like he wanted to play only Bond for next decade. I wish we got movie they planned befire GoldenEye that never materialized...
@@Kacpa2 I read he declined because he only wanted to make one more and cubby wanted him to commit to more movies.
The third film was supposed to to come out is 1991 and was called Property of a Lady
Instrumental bond themes Just do work could not ask for more PURE PLEASURE
This is the far best Bond movie. Timothy Dalton is the classic Cold War warrior with flair and confidence, not a panty chaser but sexy personna with daring mission dedication.
Given the fact that in the short time this tune has been up, it has already received over 15K views, I have decided that the next GTA styled music video will be "The living daylights". Stay tuned... 😇
Absolute magic. One of my favourite hits. Thanks
I like the song
To all fans of the James Bond franchise, and my subscribers in particular:
"The GTA styled music video of this song is halfway done. In between real life and gaming, I expect to finish it no later than august."
Thé living daylights est un excellent morceau de musique a écouter et à réécouter sans modération.
E cantar... muito!
I have got this movie DVD of
Timothy Dalton as
007 James Bond in
The Living Daylights
(Joe Don Baker)
(as the baddie Brad Whittaker)
(he appeared in another two)
(James Bond movies) with
Pierce Brosnan
as 007 James Bond in both
(Goldeneye)
(and Tomorrow Never Dies)
I am dedicating these movie DVDS to my old school friends who are both sisters as I hope to see them both again very soon to Chris and Hester Brand from Billyxxxx
Great song
Jamesbond forever
Agreed. :)
Rambo beats JB
Thanks for post this music, my friend :)
This would make a great 007 game soundtrack
que banda de sonido

A bangeroo!
Simplesmente demais
🍸🍸7 So good.
Tim and Roger are my two favorite James Bond's yep I dont put Sean in first I dont go with the crowd opinion of Sean being my favorite and I am not sorry for having that viewpoint,
Moore's film, "Octopussy" (1983) will be 40 Yrs old this summer. June 10, 1983.
Que maravilha, hein!

Mon plaisir. Content de voir que ça te plait.
Para que aprendan los chicos 2000

Famous composition, and programing.....Ned Synclavier 9600 or Fairlight CMI III ???.Unrivalled sound.
Would you believe me if I told you it was a copy/paste job? 😏
@@MI6_Movie_Studio Yes.Its delicious.But original composing,programing in studio 1987 i wanted to write.
Ультра 🙃🐛эх.. Были времена..
Google Translate немного заржавел в этой строке, поэтому я не уверен на 100%, что это значит. Если бы мне пришлось угадывать, я бы сказал, что это что-то вроде «то были времена».
Here it is, the GTA Edition of A-ha's "The living daylights":

Did you play this on a keyboard or write it in Fruity Loops?
Also the idea for Goldeneye was originally Timothy Dalton and Anthony Hopkins but the delays due to a legal dispute over the film rights to James Bond meant Dalton didn’t come back after Licence to Kill. I wish they made a game of Living Daylights
While I am considering to tinker with a keyboard in the future, I did neither. I merely recombined different audio samples that I dug up.
@Stefano Pavone There’s another Dalton Bond game as CZcamsr Calvin Dyson pointed out called 007: The Duel
I wonder where I can emulate C64
@Stefano Pavone Thank you
More John Barry than A-Ha, for sure. I wish I had this on cassette to play when I was driving to the club on a Saturday night, or driving home at 5am after spending the evening with a strange female.
No it’s not more Barry than a-ha…Pal Waaktaar of a-ha wrote this song when a-ha were asked to do it…they presented the more or less completed song…minus the lyrics which were then worked on by Pal and bandmate Magne Furuholmen. John Barry only added the orchestration and changed a few notes…which a-ha promptly changed back again. Purely because of contractual obligations they conceded to Mags’ name being removed and John Barry’s included as co-writer. When the band re-recorded it for their later album tracks they removed Barry’s name again and reinstated Magne’s. This is an a-ha song from beginning to end and they need to get the credit for it…it’s a firm fan favourite and is performed at almost every live concert, usually as an encore item, to this present day. Btw the original Demo which a-ha played to Barry is available for you to listen to on CZcams if you don’t believe what I’m saying is true. czcams.com/video/2Dso9YvsG5Q/video.html
@@marjoriemcbride6557 Definitely an interesting story - I stand corrected. Thank you! I just always thought that the orchestrations sounded like more of Barry's previous Bond film scores. It's tough to pick an all-time favorite, but I think mine would have to be "Goldfinger".
@@themagus5906 Goldfinger is definitely up there amongst my favourite Bond themes too. I’m a big Bond fan as well as being an a-ha fan, and because I have had the advantage of hearing The Living Daylights performed live in concert on more than a few occasions…a very different experience altogether from listening to a recording…it is my favourite theme, but that’s probably not much of a surprise to anyone!
This was earlier this year in New York on their recent world tour….czcams.com/video/ES6dIafZqYA/video.html
Absolute gem of a film and yet license to kill was the biggest pile of underpants. Just my opinion
