Donatello was done dirty in this arc, he should've at least been defeated by a named character not this random ass alien lol... I really love this arc , especially because of how long it is so it gets time to breath and a lot of things happen at the same time making it one of the more layered arcs in terms of the plot in this show. Also, concering the views and reception I think the problem is that not many have watched this show and it's a lot less famous than the other shows but most people who watch it seem to think it's the best, at least that's how it seems to be from what I've seen.
I think why the low views are happening. Think the same thing happened as ben 10 had before the resent popularity. Ben 10 previously had just like odd 1-4 ep reacts and reviews ones a year or so. This got changed by kura the artist/ink tank having active ben 10 contant and also had a power scaling debate with seththeprogramer, what birthed few reactions. Than later there began few reacts by small channels with intank active and also starting ben 10 breakdowns that was like a reackion. This got the fandom be active and than with blind wave reactions and many other channels starting react at the same time ben 10 became a active with many views. Same thing hapend with Ninjago but without a big channel having active ninjago contant outside reacts. Tmnt 2003, digimon, code lyoko are inactive in the reactions. So newer shows get views because it was active not so long ago and likely had youtube activity while airing and older shows from 80s and 90s get the retro treatment getting some activity as a group or individually by channels or by companies cashing in. So most thing in early 2000s gets ignore as it's old and pre youtube fandom stuff and not old enough to be retro by most people.
that giant 4 arms man should have been in more episodes and some of those characters in the battle nexus should have or could have been some villains for the turtles and them because they really look like they could have been
Great video I think the reason why people not watching this because even tho a lot of people love the 2003 it’s not as popular as the 2012 because many people today like kids teens and younger adults first ninja turtles was 2012 so 2003 fans was die hard fans and ninja turtles fans but people like all my first and family first ninja turtles was 2012 maybe because Nickelodeon is a popular tv network more than 4kids but I love watching u reach to this it’s amazing

yeah about the thing you said in the intro this show seems rather unpopular compared to all the others. i personally prefer it to all the other shows

Such a shame since it is the best show in my opinion...

There was already a villain in the Battle Nexus that Mikey fought in Season 4 Grudge Match.
Ngl, I was really waiting for some MK characters like Liu Kang, Sub-zero, Scorpion etc. to show up for some reason.
