Because he knew he was eventually going to reach maximum velocity anyway, so why not? Lol... Cray-zee.

One of the gnarliest people to ever step on a board. I feel alive every time I watch him skate.
okay so like many of you i was wondering how fast he was going so i did some ***VERY ROUGH*** math.
at 1:44 he goes from one stop line to the next in about 1.1 seconds. i'd estimate that to be about 50-60 feet between the lines, so for the sake of this ill just say its 55 feet in between. in ONE SECOND.
even more, if hes going 55ft/second, that means that milton is going about *40MPH*. (i actually got 37.5mph, but i assume im lower than reality.) which is incredibly buck- not to mention that he did it 3 times. good god.
(PLEASE TAKE ALL OF THIS WITH A GRAIN OF SALT. i opted to error on the side of less rather than more. that wasnt at his peak speed either, since there was another downhill part. he probably hit upwards of 50-55mph at his highest. if you have any info about the actual size of the distance between lines, let me know. i wanna see the sheer volume of miltons balls measured in mph.)
Velocity = Distance/Time
