I know this is an old video but I just had to comment on your nice, dry, humour. I've got a smile on my face listening to you. I made sorrel for the first time this year and used a package of dried sorrel. It was interesting to see you remove the seed so efficiently (lol). I make marmalade and jams so it was interesting to see your method. Was anything missing? Perhaps a little Jamaican "whites" (lol) but I'm not going to argue with you.........

I found a dry bag in my market and have been doing much research to see what may fit my taste buds. I always love to try now things in the kitchen and learn about different cultures and ways of cooking and comparing food… this is an excellent video and I look forward to seeing hay else your channel has to offer. Bless you and yours!
