I think this scripture gives insight to why we have missionaries from different cultures??? Mat_13:57 So they were offended at Him. But Jesus said to them, "A prophet is not without honor except in his own country and in his own house."
Could someone explain the rationale behind this series? I sort of don't understand, and I ask this with all sincerity.
The idea behind In Pursuit of Jesus was to "Take a cultural journey across the world in search of Jesus today." Our goal was to show how Christians around the world experience Jesus so we can learn from each other and grow in our relationship with Jesus. We believe that the testimonies of others can strengthen our faith by showing how God has worked in others' lives.
