Thanos had an easier time collecting the infinity stones and wiping out half of life in the universe, but might've been defeated if these characters were still alive by the time he started his conquest.

Usually when facing big beds, speedsters get Hella nerfed in every interaction of every speedster imaginable so I don't imagine Quicksilver being any different. So I doubt he would have scratched Thanos

This version of quicksilver wouldn't stand a chance. He's got the speed to get a few hits on Thanos, but not the power he'd need to do any damage. He's fast, but we've seen he's not durable. If guns can kill him, I doubt Thanos would have any trouble.

Ultron wouldn't defeat Thanos. He'd fare a little better than Iron Man.
