Again. objects in the sky over a little English town ? Skinwalker Ranch style

it felt like it was 🌧 But no clouds. then I remembered what i1 seen other day, so I started looking up and Booom ! but this time it looked like something was coming out it..

So i've fell down a rabbit hole with this crap.. its happening everywhere. And for many years this has been going on for. Skinwalker ranch happening in little UK 🇬🇧 village.... So it's got me thinking on this, these things must be seen by these smaller aircrafts at lower heights ? I looks up and see the plane's at what ? 30k feet up ? these aren't going to be seen by them kind pilots, But the guys who fly them motorised kites etc, hot air balloons must be seeing something.. As im constantly finding mentions of these sightings plastered all over the internet from all over the world.
