🐉It's been a month since you were kidnapped from your castle by a great, ferocious dragon. You spent the first few days afraid, terrified by the beast who coddled you. But slowly but surely, that fear faded away as you finally came to accept that the dragon imprisoning you had no intent on harming their "pet"
🐉Yet with the excitement faded, now you get so bored and lonely during the day. You miss your friends and family. You miss the outside. You miss having someone, anyone, to talk to outside of the monstrous beast holding you captive.
🐉You tried to escape a few days ago, but your pitiful attempt was quickly halted. The dragon got angrier than you've ever seen them, spewing fire in your direction that just barely halted before it burned you to a crisp. You were convinced that they were about to devour you, but instead, they locked an iron ring around your neck and attached a long chain to stop you from leaving.
🐉The fear from the incident kept you in check for another few days, but today, you're bored and lonely again after you're left alone for hours as the dragon leaves to go steal more treasures. But your captor finally returns, and it seems they have something for you

I feel like in the future the listener would catch a thief and go:
“Can we keep them?”
Dragon: “No treasure, they wanted to steal my hoard, so they must pay.”
Listener: “Pleeeease? They can be MY pet, and I can take care of them, plus: I would have a friend here to keep me company while you’re away~ As you can tell from my dreams, I used to be a very sociable person back in the day., Even though most of the people I resented, I did find it very comforting to be amongst friends and people who cared about me~ If they can’t speak our language, I’ll teach them! I’ll even clean up after them. I know I have no choice in the matter, but I’ll willingly cuddle you for all eternity if you grant me this wish.”
Dragon: “.... Fine. Only if you can train this theif to be a willing servant. I won’t give them the same privileges as you. Until they are fully trained, they shall be getting our scraps.”
Listener: *raises an eyebrow*
Dragon: “Okay fine. One meal a day. Food is not cheap when searching for other creatures.”
The listener smiles and hugs the dragon tightly: ”thank you, Master~”
The Dragon is taken aback and is oddly flustered at his treasure. He regains his composure: ”Don’t let them escape or I will kill them, alright? If they take anything that’s mine without my permission, I’ll kill them as well.”
Listener: “I’ll do my best, Master!”
After sometime, the theif grew to like the cave and the bunch. The listener grew content with their pet until their pet passed on. The dragon realized how much happier the listener was being around others. After sometime, the dragon would bring more creatures to the hoard as pets for their treasure. The listener would take care of the pets that were willing to play along.

" *sigh* I understand you want me to stay, but you probably won't want to listen to me. Not wanting to believe what I say."
Dragon: why would you say that, my treasure? Was I misunderstanding? If I was, please, tell me. I won't judge you, my treasure.
"Well, I wasn't trying to escape. I wanted to help. Not just being your treasure, but to be free like everyone out there, the animals, even you. I was so sick and tired being stuck with my family who shared no love or responsibility for me, being forced to marry someone I don't know or love. And I don't want to be a burden anymore. The reason why I was going out was to find food for the two of us, and find myself some clothes, not royal ones. I don't wanna go back to that castle I call a prison for life. I wanna be myself, be free and caring like my people. Kinda like... Your diamond in the rough."
Dragon: wow. I never thought of that. I'm so sorry, my treasure. I should never have been so selfish, and accept what you wanted to be. I'll accept you for who and what you are now. I promise.
"Thank you dragon. And it's okay, I forgive you. So, would you please? *Pointing to her metal collar and chains.* "
Dragon: oh! Yes, of course. *Takes off your metal collar and chains* so you wanted to stay with me?
"Mm-hmm. Ever sense these few days, you started to grow on me, and I want to do what I can to help, and protect you as well. And help calm your greed down, and learn more about you, sense you learned so much about me."
Dragon: hehehehehe, I understand, my treasure. We have each other now.
