What if the World Health Organization creates guidelines for national governments as standard procedure for public health management specially hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. That is for fund allocation for dialysis procedures and procurement of dialysates or much better creation of self sufficient dialysate production facilities because those projects are sensible projects worthy of people's taxes and that's one of the ways wherein people can trust the public officials better. Or creation of a semi- private or semi- government facilities to whatever you call that if that will be permitted in a country's national government wherein in a public private partnership program wherein people can pay for the dialysis procedures at a lower price and the remaining cost be subsidized by the national government in particular or since it is a semi- private or semi- government facilities they can be connected to large pharmaceutical companies for their new dialysate products testing and other medication products which in return can promote those pharmaceutical companies and can receive product orders from public and private institutions.
