#richeisenshow #collegefootball #michiganfootball - Sport
The hello? Took me all the way out! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I keep coming back to watch this! LOL
If college is meant to get you ready for the NFL it shouldn't be an issue.
That's not the purpose of college football.
Yes it is
@@mworkman3375 College football is so lame compared to nfl. I will say the in person experience is fun though.
@@Stoicmind89 I prefer college. I get bored as hell watching NFL games and the officiating is awfully suspect.
Michigan got in trouble for doing their homework.
All the michigan haters
That’s me bro.
Me too.
But this cheating thing goes way beyond being observant about which plackards they hold up before a blitz.
Having a staff member falsely represent himself to get on another teams sideline with fake credentials, to ADVANCE SCOUT an upcoming opponent is patently against the rules. And if you’re gonna tell me that Harbaugh didn’t know… we’ll, all I can say to that is C’mon bruh!
@@Willie_McBride did he know? They have the proof?
@@Willie_McBridehey man if it’s one thing I’ve learned it’s that Michigan fans will try and rationalize this any way they can. They cheated… flat out cheated. If you try and explain that to them they won’t hear it because they need that * championship.
We all need a Jerry and Jason Bateman buddy movie.
Its public its fair game!
Who even says harbaugh is involved? Could be a booster paying someone to steal signs then going through an assistant coach. Could also be…. Absolutely nothing
You need to look at evidence it’s absolutely overwhelming.. there’s no oh it could be nothing lmao MU is a complete mess rn I mean the FBI is literally there investigating a different but very serious scandal over the dude MU fired beginning of the season. Dude had peoples personal info on there along with 50 plus hours of OSU practices
😅🤣😅🤣😅🤣
Found the cringe Michigan fan
@@Eggy79 Joke’s on you, I think NCAAF is trash that’s not worth watching
Which has just be revealed this week. , regarding your statement. LB Coach let go, and a booster paid stallions. Just like a CEO of company, he is not going to know every issue , until someone notifies him .
Well coach harbaugh isn’t accused of cheating. Some staffers are.
As a Michigan fan Brandon and Big ev being so sad and mad makes me so happy
They need to just use headsets like the NFL. Everyone cheats so just make it tougher to do it.
Except everyone doesn't cheat. Stealing signs is not against the rules. "Advanced scouting" is however.
Oh Scotty everyone cheats.I have a good friend who is a track coach at a AAC school on the East Coast. His words If you ain't cheatin you ain't competing and this is track. He also said you should see what football and basketball do,it would blow your mind.Get over your fanboy fandom.
Literally if it’s there, it’s not stealing haha
Dude has been waiting for an opportunity to bring this up for affirmation
Sign stealing is legal.
no its not lol
@@solenciaga0528 it's weird it is legal but it shouldn't be. Michigan didn't cheat tho
@@solenciaga0528One good thing about this scandal is that it's making it SOOOO easy to spot the idiots who know nothing about football. Like you're just right here advertising it, makes it really simple to just dismiss everything you say.
actually its not sign stealing isnt illegal in any league all teams do it because the NCAA wont pay for technology in teams helmets like other leagues your an idiot because you don't think before you speak @@tjwhite116
You must have a dead brain.
Reading the opponents' signs is legal - IN GAME. But NOT recording them in advance.
Unless u get them from another team's coach. Apparently, that's allowed and ok? But friends of 1 staffer is off limits.
Would've all been moot years ago when NCAA wanted to use earpieces like NFL, but the ADs all voted against it. Why? Because they all do it in a variety of ways, not just in game. But 1 staffer on his own is incredibly sloppy and someone (I wonder who) rats, and now its a major deal? Get outta here with that noise
Sign stealing isn’t illegal. The more you know…
He clearly doesn’t understand the accusations.
You clearly don’t get a joke
I love this guy, Kangaroo Jack was my childhood
Took me a sec, hahaha
Toughen Up
It’s called scouting
Ohio state and Ryan day just need to realize they are inferior to Michigan 😂😂
Guess we will find out in two weeks homie.
@@godzilla0974well we found out they are inferior to Michigan & now OSU coach looks to be in major trouble with his shenanigans
@@BBBYpsi I agree. The team with the most shenanigans usually loses. Congratulations.
Ohio state snitched to be no.1
Then they lost again.
@@denislemieux7294 you betcha
That sounds like an excuse for bad behavior
And why do they NEED to come up with signs like that? Or use their clipboards to cover their mouth when they're speaking?
...because they ALL try to steal signs.
In game, or because they know a Michigan scout might be recording
Sign stealing is not against the rules. The "advanced scouting" is. The in game sign stealing in the opening drive is just the fruit of his stealing labor.
It's not about reading signs on the side of the field, it's about going to games your prohibited from going to and taping the sidelines there. This is where the people supporting Michigan don't get it...or refuse to accept it.
What people from ohio don't get is that it was 1 staffer and his friends and they're minor violations. Unless some new bombshell evidence is somehow found, wouldn't be surprised if Michigan got time served and maybe a fine.
@scottd1903 If OSU vacated games for strictly off the field infractions, you can "bet" that Michigan will be forced to vacate all their wins and Big Ten championships from 2021 and 2022. On the bright side you guys can celebrate getting to 1,000 victories again in 2 more years. Just have the staff keep all the "1,000 wins" signs the team showed after the Maryland game and you'll save a little money 😂
It's a tier 2 infraction. Not that serious.
@@raptor7869 I know you're educated in ohio, so basic things like logic, reason, and rational thought are beyond your grasp. Michigan is not going to have to vacate 2 seasons, no matter what crazy conspiracies and made-up stories and punishments your ohio channels and radio shows are telling u. I've heard u ohio people say things like RICO investigation initiated, multiple arrests on federal felonies, up to 5 seasons vacated, and this is worse than the 1919 blacksox. All made-up of course, and all believed by the great people of ohio. It's hilariously entertaining.
What ohio did, is much worse. It's called pay for play and is the biggest cardinal sin in college sports (at least before NIL). Tressel had been involved in it his entire career going back to his Youngstown days. "tattoogate" was just the last straw and what the NCAA could easily prove, and was enough to run him out of town. Something they had been wanting to do for years.
Like I said, I don't expect u to understand any of this and want things to be different, but it's just the way it is, and u can't change no matter how much u scream and cry.
No couch spud, athletes dont give a crap. Coaches dont care. Coaches on the hot seat are voicing their excuse for losing. Silly potatoes
He knows nothing of what they’re accused of doing. I like him better when he was cubby.
Patriots did way more than stral signs they was taping practices a bunch of Peyton Mannings n then wow all of a sudden Brady becomes great hmm???? 🤔
Tom Brady was great as soon Bledsoe went out with an injury. And early on even with all the winning ppl considered Payton to be better. Not until his 3rd or 4th did ppl start changing their minds. By the 5th he was just the goat. Him and Montana. By the 6th he was Michael fucking Jordan of the NFL. Mahomes has a really good shot at getting close. Other than that i think that records gonna stand for a long long time.
You’re aloud out of the house with that wife of yours Jerry?
Stay in your lane Jerry…..this isn’t Stand By Me. This is real life
How do you know he’s not a football fan? So it’s your lane now? You’re nobody lol stand by me is timeless
@@kevintyler7932 ok tough guy😂
It's not the stealing of the signs that's against the rules. It's the "advance scouting" that's against the rules. The images of what is described as a "low level staffer" telling the offensive and defensive play callers what to do that demonstrates just how deep this went and who knew about it.
You sound like a broken record.
Michigan is fast tracking Harbaughs contract. 😅
Every Michigan fan at any future opponent and away games should have their phone out recording the sidelines. Then post them to YT. This would apparently be fine, but when 1 staffer has his friends do it, its outrageous? So ridiculous.
The Michigan scandal routine:
Deny, deny, laugh it off, “it’s nothing”, “Why are you still talking about that?”
Yeah crazy when coaches are expected to follow the rules every other coach has to.
Genuinely, in the NCAA, it is crazy.
Starting now, a private investigative firm should be assigned to investigate each NCAA school all the time, just like the one that was anonymously hired to investigate Michigan. Then, just suspend every head coach whose program has broken any rules. Oh, and be sure not to complete the investigation before you suspend!
I member a code of ethics
Guess who is sleeping on the couch?
It’s okay to shop lift I mean they’re understaffed and the times are hard now and everything is so expensive plus everyone else is doing it so go ahead and shop lift. I mean it’s just a few dollars anyways just won’t hurt anybody it’s not like anybody is going to die.
Patriots not just accused, they were.
It's different when you are videotaping the signs and then deciphering lineups with specific calls and creating a laminated sheet that you can reference during the live game. Why don't you just coach based on a live game scenario. Stop cheating!
Which Michigan staffer was at any games? There have been 0 confirmed reports of any Michigan staff being at any games.
@@CertifiedClapaholicexactly! 👏👏👏
Justification
What are a few of you all doing, trying to get rid of our escape. Football is a lot of peoples escape of everyday stress. We want football to last forever. If we cheat then we haven’t earned anything. It would be meaningless. Without integrity this sport will not survive.
Get real! If we don't have football we can't survive? C'mon man, lighten up! 😅
Missed the point…every team tries to steal signs during a game, but going to other games your team is not involved in and video taping the sideline is beyond “normal”
They’re cheaters…you’re just trying to justify cheating
Literally everyone does it. All the NCAA has to do is allow mics in QB’s helmets like the nfl does and this all goes away. Acting like Michigan is the only team that “steals” signs is ridiculous
what an ignorant conversation. Trying to make out that being able to tell your team what play the other team is running on offense or defense is no big deal is insulting to any intelligent person
I think you missed his point, and he does make a reasonable one. If you read an opponent's body language in a game like poker (they rub their neck unconsciously if they have a good hand), is that really cheating?? And at what level do teams have to make to hide their signs in ordered for it not to be considered stealing when it's so obvious? I'm mostly playing devils advocate here. Anyway, in his defense, he did say he understands the level that Michigan supposedly went through to steal the signs that is likely the issue.
If u ant cheating u ant trying!!!
It's obvious Jerry hasn't played a down of football in his entire life 😂.
Yeah it was totally fair what they did. Not
Imagine if Georgia pulled this stunt against Michigan in the national Championship… your telling the Michigan fan base would say “oh well, it happens”… No…. So don’t act like it’s no big deal. They broke ncaa rules and now will be punished. Don’t blame the schools throwing them under the bus, blame the Michigan coaching staff.
😢
Imagine knowing your team you are playing gonna run the ball 90% of the plays in the lasts 2 years and still can’t stop them. 😂 Like Deion said “U still have to execute and stop them.”
@@livinglife8489 so why hasn’t Deion given his playbook to the other team then? If it’s so easy to stop another team from knowing your playbook.
I'm finding it hilarious as a Buckeye fan
Whatever was or wasn't done didn't result in the Loss of Life. Unlike a certain multi-season coverup that involved the police & court systems in Athens, Ga. Don't throw stones from a glass house Dawg breath. I hope your trophy was worth it all so that you can brag to your friends & co-workers.
RIP to the victims & their families
None of that was hilarious
Lmao whoever this “celebrity” is thinks teams hold up signs with his face 😂😂😂😂 literally never heard of they/them
What ever he said had actually nothing to do with what’s going on in college football!
Rich you’re acting like a hack on this, and this guy doesn’t have a clue what he’s talking about. This is the biggest cheating scandal in the
History of sports and the punishment is going to fit the crime.
Tf? no it isn't
Preach!
Dude just reads headlines and thumbnails
Just like you read headlines and thimbnails. And do you know why?Because the NCAA hasnt released anything yet.The reporting is reckless just like in so many other situations.Get the clicks is all that matters.
It’s against the rules to advance scout and use video. Period. It doesn’t matter if the rule is dumb, or if it gives an advantage or not. It’s illegal and a breach of trust.
It’s literally no different from watching film
@@Gotchaskillz wrong again. Watching film is watching plays. That isn’t illegal. They weren’t watching videos of the game, but making videos of the sidelines. Big difference. One is legal and one is illegal.
@@golfbuddy1969 can you not see coaches on the sideline in film?
@@Gotchaskillz if no difference, why then why is there a rule? You can film the game or you can film the sideline. One is okay and one is not. It is simple. What Michigan did was a breach of trust.
It's tough to not cheat.... you heard here first, folks.
this guy is totally missing the point.
We defending Cheaters now
I love when people talk about stealing signs. It wasn't just an arms race in war between Parcels and Gibbs, each getting larger players. The spy vs spy rivalled the CIA and KGB. I've never heard anyone call them cheats
Wow, that was the most uninformed opinion i've ever heard on this topic
Who is this guy? He’s a dope
Typical Hollywood guy. Has no clue what he’s talking about but runs his mouth anyway.
Since it makes no difference, Michigan can prove it by giving everyone their signs they will use for the rest of the season
Well we just started with Penn State, we ran the ball 30 plus times in a row 🤷🏿♂️ GO BLUE !!!〽️〽️〽️🖕🖕🖕
It's a student sport!
Worst take ever!
You are so screwed!
What? That was unintelligible
People that never played always have a hard time tryna see why it’s a big deal and how it may seem small but is actually a huge advantage. In short, during the game everything happens so fast that you don’t have time to change your game plan to cater to signs that may be dummy signs or not, which is why not goin to games in advance and taping the signs to then study a week or 3 wks in advance of playing a team. There’s a reason for the rule !
Clueless rambling
Sick of all the people defending this
Boo hoo Johnny.Let the investigation play out before making a decision on punishment. But hey we live in the USA where now you're guilty until proven innocent, unless you're in the government then you're always innocent.
Jim Cheaterbaugh & The Michigan Cheaterines 😂
Enjoy those tainted wins B4 they're vacated, Blue gonna get rawdogged in the asterisk.
Bill Belichik paid a $500K fine for that. And, the Patriots have a well deserved reputation as cheaters. And, what do you know, their QB during those years was a Michigan Man! Who can forget Inflate-Gate? Once a cheater, always a cheater.
And let's not forget that USC and Ohio State were caught doing so much less that didn't affect the game and both had wins vacated, titles stripped and suspended from bowl games. Anything punishment less than what they received would not be enough.
Where's the hilarious part???
Yeah, it's tough not to read the signs. When you send your video crew to hide in a building and steal the signs of the other team and cheat and win a Super Bowl. And everybody tries to act like it's not a big deal. But now we see what kind of coach Bella check is now.
