Changing Guard takes place on the plaza in front of La Moneda Palace, in Santiago, Chile, when two mounted units lead a military band and the new guard meet the departing detachment.

"Los Carbineros" - the Chilean Police - are also part of the Armed Forces, "El Ejercito de Chile" and as such, being the last or one the few "Prussian armies left, follow all the traditions and are Militarily trained, just like the Army (also called Ejercito), Navy and Air Force... That is why they salute and act like soldiers... because they sort of are. Saludos de Chile!

First the schools of Officers march , of all the armed forces, then the school of sub-officers and regiments. This is of course, a small no of our armed forces, which in 2018 was chosen to be the first non founding member to lead RIMPAC 2018.

It is a historical architecture. The government just wanted to be the same and another thing. I like the idea too. Many elected official in many countries like to use the people money to make nice palace and use the money for own benefits. That is bad. The people suffering but the elected people enjoying ncie life. So, Chilean government are good. they dont spent much money for themselves but trying to improve the people's life.

es un peligro esos perros, deberían hacer como en USA en hacer monitoreo y llevarlos a esos refugios, en lugar de dejarlos a la calle, que hace ver mal a la imagen de la ciudad.
