Short video dubbed from VHS of Hovertravel's second type of passenger hovercraft (after the SRN6), on the the Southsea-Ryde route.
Waving my Mum & Dad off as they return home to Newport.
The hovercraft hesitates for a while after entering the water to pass astern of the Sealink Car Ferry, (good manners !)

I think the new ones are a step backwards in one respect. The passengers can no longer see out of the front.

You have a point. I suppose the interior layout is now very comparable to the interior of a commercial airliner - you can’t see out of the front of those either.
