MOONSHINE FACTORY in the JUNGLEs of BALI

Arak is a centuries old Asian spirit made from the distilled fermented sap of water palm trees. They have been making it in the jungles of Bali almost the same way for hundreds of years and I got the opportunity to take a look at a traditional home made still and see the process of how it is made and try some for myself.
