Man you a genius. Couldn’t connect my gear s to the new huawei mate 20 pro through the gear app and this worked. But only problem is there is no notifications and no weather info??? Any advice on how to get that sorted buddy?

good video. can you please tell us which features do and which do not work on the Nexus 6. You showed the calling capability but what about text, gmail, weather, calendar, notifications, etc.. Also will it work if you sideload Gear manager app on your Nexus. Appreciate it

Would this work on the Nexus 6P? I have read in several forums to where it wouldn't...just curious if you or anyone else may know. I had the Gear S2 (3G/Vzw) for a week and returned it. The screen was too small. The rotating bezel is cool but you still had to use it in conjunction to touching the screen so it was kinda pointless.
Will I receive txt messages on this? I watched another video where the guy connected his non samsung phone to the gear s via Bluetooth and he would get calls but txt messages wouldn't go to the watch. I have a an LG G3
how did you get to the screen that the video starts out on before you started just explaining how to do it you didn't show you got the the screen you were on to start the process and do you know if that will work or if there is a way to have it work when inserting a Sim card in the device or will this only work with blue tooth because with that watch you can get a Sim card and when it is in the watch the watch acts just like a phone does and you don't even need the phone with you you can leave it at home and as long as the Sim card is in the watch it will work just like a phone would calls text and so on...
That is the screen when the watch is back to factory reset. All I did was turn the watch on. Not sure the procedures with sim. Mine was Verizon variant. It didn't take a sim since it only was 3G.
Yea I was thinking sim and it's actually GSM network I was mistaken I can't stand tizen or whatever it's called (the Samsung version of Android wear/play store) it fucking sucks so much ass there is like no apps at all!!! There isn't even a fb app or a browser app or anything as far as I've seen at least.
