Wait, so let me get this straight. Tobias went undercover as a Ghoul back in the days and did the interviews ? I could have sworn it was the guitar ghoul always talking but you can tell so easily now its Tobias talking
Listen to the voice and look at the hands. Special ghoul wears a few rings but Alpha wears more rings. But yeah Special is just Tobias Forge in Alpha's costume.
Rarely they talked to the musicians. Most of the time it was Tobias as a ghoul. As the other guy said. They wear alot of jewlery compared to Tobias
