    I always wondered what the rod was for. Thanks for the explanation. I didn't even know it had another picture shelf to hold a reference picture. 😊

    .... great video & some nice artwork on the walls too .... however I believe the long screw pin at the bottom that holds the main canvas shelf should go in the other way so that the ‘wing nut’ is at the back ... this then allows you to place items such a brushes, pencils pens etc in the bottom groove without catching & possibly cutting your hands in the process ...

      Hey. Thank you for your comment. I purchased the WINSOR & NEWTON LEA RADIAL EASEL (FORMERLY THAMES RADIAL EASEL) and from the cass art website, It shows the easel looking the exact way I’ve demonstrated. Thank you for watching though 🙏🏽🙏🏽

    I'm trying to make one for myself from the scratch. Could you please let me know of the measurements of each piece and a closer look at how the channel functions?
    Thank you.

    Hey I'm thinking of buying this as I do Acrylic paintings and Abstract art and I'm just wondering if its worth buying? 🙂

      Definitely worth buying. Also good to consider what size paintings you do? Roughly what size?

      @@victoriajackart Brilliant thanks for replying to my comment. I get my Canvases from The Works as I'm from Wales and the biggest they do is 32x40 and the smallest i will go is 12 x 12 inches. Would these be ok?

      @@lilmonkey9919 inches or cm?

    • @victoriajackart
      @victoriajackart  Před 3 lety +1

      @@lilmonkey9919 I’m presuming you mean inches. It’s perfect for 12 x 12 and bigger. Also should be fine for 32 x 40. The only time I have had trouble is with 40 x 40, the back of the canvas having the t shape in the middle didn’t work with the mid frame of the easel. But the sizes and weights you’re working with I’m sure will be perfect. If you were doing bigger than 40 x 40 I’d suggest an easel that takes more weight to keep it sturdy width wise
      You’re welcome
