If its in a KvK with artifact maybe, but otherwise probably not. Dido&Zhuge is best Garrison right now.

Hard to say. In our KvK Gorgo Constantine was very tanky against swarms and cav rallies. But Gorgo Liu is almost as deadly, maybe even deadlier haha 🤣
