Honestly, this song gives me a feeling and vibe that only Limp Bizkit has ever provided, especially Wes’ clean riffs! I’d love for them to explore this sound again. It’s sacrilege that this never made an album!
Yeah there’s really nothing else like it in terms of what some of us are looking for in a some songs
There will always be an undeniable aspect to Limp Bizkit, which they never fully realized and everyone loved.
- What's your favorite Limp Bizkit song?
- Oh, don't remember
Limp's best song IMO. I'm a huge fan but this song really just sums up my liking for bizkit.
So much better than Rollin.. That is the only song they play from Limp here in Denmark. People judge them on that song singuarily.
No Control and Breaking My Back. I always wanted a studio version. And maybe a reissue and new version of SO Album.
i love these kind of songs from them, i wish they had made more songs like this, listen to boiler, no sex, ill be ok, re arranged, everything, relax, lonely world all those songs are kinda heart touchin you know
They're all very powerful and Milotic. I know what sound you mean..
What's the name of this melodic? Or that song style? I love it so much
@@leonardosoares4335 i don't lnow the genre of the song but its something only limp bizkit can create
LIMP BIZKIT IS BETTER THAN EVERYONE
This song samples "Over" by Portishead, which is why LB thanks them in the notes on Sig Other's CD jacket.
Andrew you shoot straight... no blanks...chalk in pieces to check drinks and earth magnet check food for staples not threat heads up!grab one you love say lick my neck direct center of back neck full bambi kiss check for endocrine salts......August 28 1997.i escaped
good catch. Furthermore, there is an interview where Wes is asked what he's currently listening too (from around october '97), and his answer was "new portishead". He got inspired and they wrote "You Know" (incorrectly titled Dont Remember).
I didn't know this song existed
Currently 33 years old, first time finding this was when I was a freshman in highschool...daaaaaang
love this song, no matter that it's unreleased to this date.
Limp bizkit for life
This version sounds absolutely amazing. Thank you for uploading!
This exists? Bc I had this cd. And I'm pretty sure this song never occurred. Not on the significant other cd anyway
@@ahhwe-any7434 this was an unreleased song that was recorded during the significant other sessions
This song is kinda like the other unreleased song they made during this time called "Cambodia". They would play this song and Cambodia at shows in 1998. Then when they went to make Significant Other, Cambodia turned into Trust and Show Me What You Got. Don't Remember was recorded but it didn't make the cut.
Iirc this song got rerecorded for their new album but it never got finished
@@bombalisa2724 the one for the new album was a rerecord of this, this is from the OG Significant Other sessions.
Qualidade. Dá pra sentir a levada de nu metal anos 90. Bem nostálgico e gostoso de ouvir.
wow this sounds way better then all of the others
Fred Durst Limp Bizkit Yeaah!!
good stuff man, always loved this one.
I hope this makes it into the new album, whenever it comes out. Definitely one of my favorites.
@@makaveli88888 There's no official word as to when it's going to be released mate. It's a matter of waiting.
Thank you for remastering this and posting it.
I've never heard this limp bizkit song before this is the first time I'm listening
I remember listening to a rough recording of this track over 20 years ago via Napster/Limewire/Winamp rips (I can't believe those of us that remember this are so old now but I digress), and it's become apparent in my old age that this could've been the "left" in the t-forked road in their trajectory as a band versus the "right" they ultimately took. Limp Bizkit's instrumental section (Wes, Sam, John, DJ Lethal, etc.), no matter how you feel about the band as a whole, are elite. And while Durst has always lacked range and projection in his singing...I firmly believe they had the talent to pivot to what the Deftones did with 'White Pony'....albeit nowhere near the genius of what Chino et al. did in that record IMO. Instead of a sad Geico commercial, I truly believe they could've had a longer, and more illustrious, sonic career had they pivoted to this sound and devotion to experimenting with their sound early in their career as opposed to giving the world musical vomit such as......basically everything they put out since Significant Other.
Anyone else thinks the part after 3:14 sounds like The One from Chocolate Starfish
It does. I don't know what it is about them but the vibe is perfect and so characteristic from LB.
I think the best thing to do about the new album is to release album with unreleased songs
aww man i remeber downloading this years ago and i was so confused: "huh wtf? i dont have this on any of the Albums or Singles!"
HOW DID YOU DO THAT?:.
I WAS SEARCHING FOR THIS SONG FOR A FUCKING DECADE!!
+Daniel Montanez seriously mate.. this track is only avaiable in a shitty quality as it is listed as "demo" so it is a shitty quality.. but THIS ONE .. PURE AND PERFECT AUDIO QUALITY THX so fucking much
I remember back in middle school, It was lunch and i forgot my cds at home.. So my friend gave me a burned mixed cd... Untitled everything, this was the first song. I was like wtf Thats gotta be limp bizkit. Couldn't find the song any where
Daniel Montanez
i still love Limp Bizkit mate. :D cool story.. i was downloading stuff on napster (back then) then i saw this.. and OMG so awesome
Around mid to late August 2013 , the whole day was scorching heat traning tennis for my biggest Competition then in 2 weeks... goin' back from practice I had downloaded this song earlier , boom i even stopped in one place when i heard this ... instant feel
Limp on top of their Game right here and their sad songs are unlike any other band
So we faaade away ... i just don't get it
Love this song :)
I believe they've worked on remastering this song for the new record.
According to Wes It’s been recorded for every album and never makes the cut
Thank you so much for this version, it doesn't have that ear piercing sound that would be at 3:10
Great song
Ahhh thank you

the song is called "no control" czcams.com/video/z3_Ic8zH7LE/video.html
Sounds exactly like System of a Down
What a great start to my 9 day bedridden illness.
Just why?
I will be sad if this doesn't end up on the new album
Dáziel Cannons So?
They're putting "thieves" on the new album, regardless :D
There was a snippet of it being done professionally...too bad we'll never get to hear it.
I really hope that the band (well, mostly fred) can use his movie hype to also release the album with some fan fare. Instead, though, I feel he'll just occupy himself with the movie and forget about LB during that time :/. Hope not, though
John Otto's groove is razor sharp in this song. Absolutely amazing drummer.. it's insane how good he is
All day
100% ottomatic
