I like it when you start off bare-faced. It's like a little surprise to see where the video ends up. I feel like it kinda spoils the end results. Especially when it is not just a plain tutorial. I feel like I already know what's gonna happen or how things performed if I can see the end result.
Hey James, please tell Tati to make an uncut, unedited video where she does her makeup as she wasnt recording. Not explaining anything, not mentioning nor showing to the camera what products sheâs using, just doing her makeup. I do not wear makeup so when I have to, I dont know if I have to wait for a product to dry (eye primer for example) or if I have to give my foundation a few minutes to âget togetherâ with my skin before aplying blush etc etc etc. I wish to see a real UNCUT âdoing my makeupâ video. I like when you start bare faced personally... I rather be surprised by the finished look. .. I donât understand who could hate on you? You are an HONEST Beauty CZcamsr who makes amazing videos , you stay away from scandals, you only work with companyâs that you truly believe in, you are a genuinely sweet person, always consistent with youâre uploads, and I can keep going and going, but I feel if someone has been a loyal sub, itâs pretty self explanatory why you are an overall amazing person. I personally donât think you are too hard on makeup products, Iâd rather hear the truth from someone that knows her makeup, then waste my money. đ

I think starting with a bare face makes the video seem more sincere, for whatever reason (maybe because it feels like we're legit just hanging out together, and not like a staged and "produced" video or something?). And I think honest reviews are A MUST! You're always quick to say that it might work for someone else but that it isn't for you, and I think that's perfect.
I donât think that you are harsh at all on products. In this era of makeup, brands like Wet N Wild and Milani are affordable and wonderful. If they can come out with incredible formulas at reasonable prices, more expensive brands should be as good or way better. If they are not, please tell
me not to waste my money. I watch your channel for this reason.

I don't think you're harsh at all. If anything I appreciate that you're harsh and critical especially with high-end products. Because if they're so expensive they better at least do what they're meant to, and do it well. So keep it up!
Youre not too hard on brands at all!! Other youtubers are softer bc they either dont test many products so cant compare it to the best or dont want a bad relationship with the brand. Youre reviews are in no way unfair. Itâs refreshing to see a thoughtful review for once

You have an injury from blending...I died... but totally get it! If I have to put on makeup, or clothes that matter, after a HIIT workout and shower when I'm 1000 degrees I get worked up too! I don't think you're too hard on makeup. I think you're honest and people need to understand that what doesn't work for you doesn't necessarily mean that it wont work for them!
Your honesty about products is why you became my favorite CZcamsr. Please continue it! You never drag anyone either. There are just products that flop but you always explain why they don't work for you.

I prefer seeing people start bare faced or close to (like if they are only reviewing eyeshadow, everything else can be done.) because it kinda ruins the journey and the surprise at the end.

The fact that you are brutally honest during product reviews is what I was drawn to in the first place. You don't sugarcoat your opinion and don't really care if a brand doesn't send you PR.And to be completely honest I LOVE that, if I'm investing my money in a product I want to truly know what the flaws are and you tell us that! I dont think your to harsh, I think it's honesty. And some cant handle that but for me I like how "brutally honest" you are because we spend money on things so I would rather know if it's good or not. For me that extra 50.00 I have could go towards something else, and some of us watch you because we tend to favor the things you like well for me anyway so I love to hear of is good or not

My favorite CZcamsr to watch for tutorials is Samantha Ravendahl. She actually zooms us in and explains WHY she is holding the brush a certain way or using a certain product. I have learned the most from her by far
Yes! Speak up about what you hate and what you love with brutal honesty. Iâm a broke girl I have maybe 20-30 bucks to spend on makeup per month because bills ainât no joke. I donât have all the money yâall do and get sent everything so if I go out and buy a 30 dollar concealer i better have a lot of knowledge on it cause ima use it until itâs gone wether good or bad. And Iâd rather know exactly what to expect than everything sugar coated and Iâm stuck with a crappy product because makeup companies nowadays are pansies and get offended if a influencer speaks down on one of their products. I agree with the barefaced votes! I like the surprise. Actually, my favorite for tutorials is RawBeautyKristi. She is one of the few YTers I watch that has rounder eyes, which is my eye shape. So many tutorials are on people with eyes that take a cat-eye and winged liner look, and it is hard to follow along when the shape someone is blending the eyeshadow in is not the best for your eyes.
I love how honest you are when it comes to products. I dont follow to many makeup artist but you're the only one so far that explains why a products is worth it or not or it could be depending on how some people would like it or not

I loveee the Milani Gilded Desires palette! Milani is my favorite when it comes to drugstore eyeshadows and I am so excited to see them coming out with two new palettes (just posted them to my Instagram page if you want to see them! One is cool toned with purples. :)

I absolutely love videos like product regrets/declutters/empties because I love those kind of quick reviews that get right to the point (not that I don't love dedicated videos too). I just like knowing what to avoid when I'm buying products.

I LOVE how strict and harsh you are on products, Tati. You know what is out there and how much you generally have to spend for various qualities and features and certain effects in the product performance.
If you think that something is not performing as well as something else at the comparable price point, then it doesn't deserve a 'good review' and 'having nothing wrong with it' does not deserve a good review either.
I love that your recommendations come with your confession of being obsessive OR beginner friendly sticker OR best of the best at this pricepoint.
Then the review hits the performance, longevity, mix with other stuff and you clearly state what you want from the product too. If people want different things to you from their products, they can tell, and can go elsewhere for reviews. Nothing worse than buying something coz someone says "it's amazing" but they wanted light, building pigment when you like punchy, single swipe pigment.

I don't think you're harsh at all. I think you're a highly experienced beauty professional who evaluates product fairly and without prejudice. You also have humor, class and a charming personality.
Tati about 90% of what you recommend works well for me as well. If there products I've tried and not liked, chances are you feel the same. Therefore I may become curious about a product but tend to not buy it unless you like it AND that's why I sometimes repeatedly request certain products.đ Personally I like your honesty and straightforward reviews. You are one of few big creators I feel still care about their subscribers even though it costs you invites to parties or on brand trips, Collabs, and even PR. There is so much GOOD makeup out there...why waste time or money buying it. It is much appreciated.

I appreciate your honesty on products. I've found that products you've reviewed I already owned, stay in my make up drawer because I didn't like them. Then I would stumble onto a review of yours and would be, like, shouting "yes, I so agree!"
