Callie as an orthopedic surgeon would know that absolute trauma and anger that comes from a routine amputation let alone one that comes from a circumstance that Arizona went through. And instead of getting her help or paying for some therapist to come to their place and help her work through this she chose to shoulder it while telling Arizona she's the one who did it leaving no place where Arizona could direct the blame or anger of the situation. Was her behavior right, no of course not but it was entirely predictable. And as an ortho doctor Callie would have easily been able to predict this reaction.
Once again, Calliope putting her needs and opinions above the person she supposedly loves the most when this person specifically said SHE DID NOT WANTED ANYTHING, SHE DOESN'T CELEBRATE THEM
