Thank you! I'm looking forward to flower blossoms and warm weather...
Very pretty. The colors and swirls are beautiful.
Thank you Renee, those clays are awesome!
Lovely. Your soaps are all very nice.
Thank you so much ☺️
So beautiful!
😊 Thank you!
love the colour mix xx
Thank you! That Red clay always surprises me how vibrant it is.
Another beautiful soap!
🥰 Thank you
Those are beautiful and the red reef clay added just the perfect touch.
Thank you so much. I’m never disappointed with that red clay👍
You put the whole slab while still in the mold under warm water to get rid of the ash? They turned out stunning 😍
You can do that, or use a clothes steamer for the top.
Beautiful!!!
The red reef clay was an awesome choice!!!
Thanks! Yes, the red reef clay never dissappoints!
Wow, those swirls!! xo
Thanks!🥰
So beautiful! Great for Valentines Day. Happy holidays!
Thank you so much! It's always funny to me, to be thinking a season ahead😆
WOW~ Just awesome! I love the colors! Can you explain what you are spraying on at the end, and why? Thanks for sharing another work of art, Ellen!
It's isopropyl alcohol and it helps reduce soda ash.
thank you for your explanation!
Great idea! Thanks so much for the tip!

What a lovely looking soap :) I have never heard of running warm water over the top of soap! I will need to try this technique :)
Thank you ☺️ I've also heard of steaming the tops too, but I've not done that...
Gorgeous soap and you have inspired me!
Thanks Leslie🥰
💖💞So beautiful using those clays. They were perfect for the fragrance you chose! Beautiful!
Thank you so much🥰
Stunning. Do u generally do 1 oz of fragrance per pound? I am a newbie and have been doing .5 as per soapcalc but not strong scent.
Thank you! Yes, generally I do 1 oz per lb. That being said, I always run it thru a calc. and will do less if needed.😉
Ellen Ruth Soap thank you for taking time out to respond :)
Beautiful soap! Question: When you add powdered milk, do you liquid discount for that?
Thanks 💕 that's a good question,.I don't water discount for added powders
@@EllenRuthSoap thank you! I love your soap!
Beautiful! The red reef clay is gorgeous! And your swirls turned out so pretty😍
☺️ thank you. I really love the color of the red clay!
Love and greetings from Pretoria, South Africa. If you sprayed rubbing alcohol on your soap why did it still get soda ash? I am new at soap making and a new subscriber and I have just now done my second batch of soap. I sprayed rubbing alcohol on it...and now I am WORRIED!!!
Hello and welcome 😀. Sometimes even when I spray, there's still a bit of ash, I'm not sure why? 😉
@@EllenRuthSoap Thanks for the speedy response, Ellen. Much appreciated. Okay, will check mine out as they cure.
What size do you cut your soaps?
my finished bars are between 4.5 & 5.5 oz
The soap is beautiful but it appears you do not cut the slab evenly. Maybe it’s just the way the camera is recording
Thanks! I think it's the camera angle, because the wire is stationary.?.
Where did you get your soap stamp?
from etsy at Digital2cre8
Ellen Ruth Soap Thank you!!
