The map is quite dark if you run towards the sun. Also there are bushes which make basically every survivor disappear.

Teedy West 419 i thought the exact same thing. Its not a huge thing but the same assets and cosmetics in every map is a bit boring
blarp1020 indeed, although what killed it for me was the survivor gameplay...holy shit is it bland, the survivors don’t feel distinctive from each other gameplay wise. The perks don’t really change it distinctively enough. The only depth they have is looping so to me it gets old incredibly fast...and I can’t always play killer cause for me the wait was honestly really painful.
Jack the Ripper Yeah, I wish the game had more Alternative aspects. Cause it’s just the same thing over and over again it’s gets really boring after a while so it forces people to try to bend the rules or make it unfair to people who don’t feel the same way cause they haven’t played as much.
Teedy West 419 indeed, I will admit that the breakable walls idea is a decent step in the right direction for adding variety to killer gameplay. Sadly the only examples I can think of for making survivors unique are deathgarden and soul at stake, one’s dead and the other has a fickled player base.

Feral Frenzy is healing the survivor and you get stunned for 10 seconds if you hit someone with the ability!
We noticed that The Legion was getting kills and sacrifices in their trials. As a result we will be reworking him in the next patch. Legion will now be able to move at 150% movement during Feral Frenzy.
We will also remove Legion's knife
The legion seems to be overpowered so we nerfed his attack range and increased his terror radius and red glow.
Freddy seems to be overperforming in matches, he has a ridiculous lunge attack that can down the survivors from far..... PERFECTION 👍
We've determines that The Legion is too powerful all around and decided to give him the AI of Pacman ghosts

I want a Wrong Turn Chapter. I also hope that some Devs or People see this Comment too. The Killer could be Three Finger, the cannibal with the White hair. His Weapon could be a axe or a knife, and of course a bow. After every hit at a survivor he laughs like a maniac! He has the same abbility with the bow like deathslinger and huntress and barbedwire traps like in the Movies. So basiclly he is like trapper and enchantress. The map could be a big Forest and in the middle of the woods there would be a House or shelter.
Mori: He is stabbing his Weapon inside the survivors stomach and waits till the survivor gets weaker. He goes behind the survivor grabs barbedwire and laughs because he chokes the survivor with it. Feedback?

Love the new map and definitely feeling the personal touches to the exit gates, shack, and outside walls. Really hoping this means we'll get the same changes to the older maps just to give them their own personal flair. One thing that irks me is, I know the Entity isn't known for being 100% accurate, but it's sunrise... 4:56 why is the moon still there?
Well if it's infact sunset then it's accurate. About 30 mins before the sun sets the moon is visible in the sky, especially around spring and summer. Happens all the time 🤷♂️

BUT, very many animations like the healing one are very outdated.
I would love to see some more love in the old animations (the moris aswell).
Also it would be so damn cool if every survivor had their own animations, because it would make everyone more unice, then just a diffrent skin and voice.
I mean they do it for the killer, so why not for the survivor?

Seeing the town sign(3:36) gets me all creative, imagine this
on exclusively this map. the survivors spawn in front of the town after what you can imagine was a rough desert chase, pursued by a killer on their heels. visible from a short distance and in full sprint
it would be a hell of a interesting thing to start a match with a pending chase like that, kicking off the game hard and giving the killer something to work with (four juicy survivors a running distance away) I find something like this might accentuate the level's map design and aesthetic incredibly well.
Just my 2 cents though, really excited for this chapter

I gave Last Year a try, it was so buggy I couldn't begin to appreciate any of the characters.

I think the new level is beautiful and a stepping stone for having other levels become more unique in their own way. Like different shack types, Exit gates and fences around the map. Do you think the current maps will be reworked to have their own features like the new map does?

I really do love this chapter so much. I remember first loading onto Glenvale, the sun over the cliffs, giant and looming, like the entity watching us, the high winds moving erratically, like we're on a different planet, the ghost town asthetic with dead corpses, the piano playing itself. This is my favorite chapter ever for this game, End Transmission takes second place.

I had an idea for a killer similar to this, except instead of a Harpoon he uses a hook at the end of a chain. And instead of shooting, he throws it. And instead of it being a cowboy, my killer was a fisherman turned hunter, due to wanting bigger and better challenges. Fish were too easy, animals were more fun, but man became his favorite target for sport.

Its been 3 years since we got a free dlc... when are we getting another one? even if just a 1 survivor or 1 killer dlc?

Mate it's literally impossible to hit shots with him no matter how good you are, the chain goes trough the survivors 99% of the time, hitboxes are too tiny and too broken. PLEASE Fix this before release!
You are just bad or misjudged the distance. Literally thousands of other people have hit survivors.
@@cryingtomatohead8626 oh believe me, i'm not bad or either misjudged the distance, i don't think that i'd miss a shot from like 5 damn centimeters while i'm platinum 1 in R6 siege and other shooters. It's the hitboxes. Multiple times i have hit survivors WHERE THE CHAIN WAS GLOWING which means the chain went RIGHT TROUGH them. They didn't walk in front of it after i missed, i even slowed the footage down and it was a direct hit.

To all of you telling me to go watch specific videos of this person and that person, fuck off. It's a test in a buggy as test server. There are obvious bugs but as is stated before, THE MAJORITY of people have managed to successfully hit survivors with the harpoon. Bugs where it missed or go through them are to be expected but they are very few even for a test build severe where he isn't fully completed
Some points to change from the PTB:
- The killer concept is fun to play but it's way too feeble against the survivors, it needs a buff.
- The new map is detailed to the point that there are more obstacles to movement than everything else but yeah, it looks good.
- The loop around the gen on the 2nd floor is way too large and the killer suffers a lot to defend that gen
Seems that I'm a killer main but it's not, I'm 60% surv / 40% killer, as a survivor I've found way too easy to counter this killer and all the killers in general in the game as it is now, I'd like to see objects to look for at early game, for example, fuses to insert before beginning to repair the gens
This chapter is literally the BEST!

-Unique map design (Killer shack, Exit gates, Mountains and sunset, and dead bodies everywhere!)
-New FPS Mechanic in the game

Yeah, it sucks how the game is even more unbalanced in the killers' favor now. The survival rate is 30%, which is the lowest it's ever been.
