My work planner is an hourly. I have a lot of meetings and interviews throughout the week. I have a separate planner for work (black med. passion planner). I was using an hourly for personal planning but it didn't work for me. I recently switched to a daily and it's between EC and PP.
I really don't see me ever becoming an hourly planner but still loving this series. Never say never though. One never knows how quickly life can change. 2020 taught us that for sure.
Busy working Mom here, and I need an hourly layout to prevent me from cramming too many tasks into my day! I also color code by category (work, housework, family/parenting, and self care) so I can see if my days don’t have the balance I need. Love your videos! I am anxiously awaiting passion planners academic planner launch on 6/7🤓❤️

I’m a quarterly hour planner 🤣 otherwise it seems like minutes and hours disappear. And a number of my appointments start at 15 and 45 so it saves time not having to write them in and making more of a mess on my planner. Thanks for sharing. 💕💕

I love my hourly planner! It let’s me see all that I have to do. I do use mini stickers with it…so I have the most space to write! 😊
I am an hourly planner. I teach online and my classes are only 45 minutes each, so I use each block to not only schedule classes but to also "assign myself" certain tasks/chores each hour on my break. I totally agree with you though about the hours never being enough. I make my own lesson planner for this reason.
Thank you for this video. I am using an hourly planner along with a weekly planner because I am trying to stay consistent with my goals. Using only a weekly planner just has not been working for me and I hope by combining the two I can get more done.

Great video! I started with an hourly Recollections this year - it was great, as my schedule was constantly changing due to all the COVID-related lockdowns, school closures, etc. Each week was different and it was so helpful to sit down on Sunday and put everything in my Google Calendar down on paper! I will finish off the year with the Recollections but I think for 2022 I will get hourly inserts from Fancy Plans and Frankenplan them in my Happy Planner :)
Thank you for bringing up washi tape and vertical planners. Im having a difficult time finding a hourly planner and I would also love to use stickers. Well…. Erin condren makes washi tape with hours on them!!!
Michael’s store has a Recollections hourly planner that spans 7AM to 10PM with half hour increments. I looked high and low and think it is the only one with such a wide time range.
Hobonichi cousin starts the weekly vertical section at 5AM and runs until 4:30AM the next day (with each hour split in half). Plus it has monthly and daily (one page a day even saturday and sunday) spreads. :)
The hobonichi cousin is literally the most comprehensive planner that has ever been created. :)
Great series! Love the ideas you share. I've used all three at some point and I don't seem to be able to find the best one for me so I'm still working on that ( but leaning on going back to vertical after seeing your ideas)... question: would you be willing to do a series on ways and new ideas on how to the Teacger planner for non-classroom ideas: as a Family Binder/Planner, College student planner/Binder, highschool student ( not teacher), etc? And a series for ideas on different ways to use the Academic Planner ( for different main grade levels ( MS,HS,College), for work, etc? Would love to see what ideas you come up with 🙂
I've been using a vertical layout this year but I'm frankenplanning my classic catch-all for next year. I bought the Sewing planner but I don't use the dashboard layout so I used an old out-of-date hourly planner that I got in a Michael's grab bag to have the correct type of layout.
I’m now fully on board a5 agenda daily 18mo! Even added some silver rings…
I've been using a monthly and horizontal weekly planner this year and it did not really worked out for me so I bought a new one which contains monthly and vertical hourly settup, I think hourly planner is best for those who really want to time management

Unfortunately, my hourly planner is not weekly but daily. And also, it’s A5 sized, so it’s hard to fill it up
