Crpc 125 से कैसे बचेंCrpc 125 कोर्ट में अपने को बेरोजगार बोलने की ज़रूरत नहीं। बोलो कि 1. मेहनत करते हैं तभी पैसे मिलते हैं। 2. क्या सरकार ने इनको (पत्नी को) काम करने से मना किया है? या जिन औरतों के बच्चे होते हैं वी नौकरी पर नहीं जाती क्या? कामचोरों को बढ़ावा न दिया जाय। Govt policy है - No work, No Pay. 3. हमको शादी के बाद कोई अलग से पत्नी भत्ता नहीं बढ़ा कर दिया गया है। 4. जज से कहिये या लिखिए कि छः महीने के अंदर मुकदमा फाइनल कीजिये, इन 6 महीनों में पत्नी के वाद दाखिल करने के बाद से अपनी तरफ से 1000 रूपये खुद से देना शुरू कर दीजिये मनी ऑर्डर द्वारा। ले लिया तो ठीक नहीं लिए तो भी आपके पक्ष में, क्योंकि अब मुकदमें में रूपये “न देने” की बजाय रूपये “कम देने” पर ही बहस होगी और ज़्यादा रूपये लेने के लिये पत्नी को शपथ पत्र में बताई गयी इनकम प्रूफ करनी होगी। हाई कोर्ट तक आप की ही जीत तय है। उल्टा उसके द्वारा बढ़ा चढ़ा कर बताई आमदनी के प्रूफ न दे पाने पर 340 का केस भी आप कर सकते है। 5. अदालत से कहिये कि वो आपके ज़िंदा होने की कीमत न लगाएं, क्योंकि अगर आप मर गए होते तो ये औरत अदालत के अंदर घुसने की पात्र न होती और आप (जज) इस औरत्त को 500 की वृद्धा पेंशन से ज़्यादा नहीं दिलवा सकते थे? 6. UP विधान सभा मानती है कि 60 वर्ष से अधिक की आयु की महिला, जो कि BPL category से है, उसका खर्चा 500 रूपये की वृद्धावस्था पेंशन / विधवा पेंशन में चलता है, तो क्या ये औरत्त उस वृद्ध से ज्यादा असमर्थ है। हर साल 64000 पति आत्महत्या कर लेते हैं, किसी की पत्नी भूख से मरी ही तो बताएं, नहीं न, फिर ये ड्रामा क्यों, जबकि 98% से ज्यादा दहेज़ के मुक़दमे झूठे साबित होते हैं। 7. ये भरण पोषण की राशि है Luxury Amount नहीं है। सिर्फ 6 महीना 1000 से 2000 दीजिये। बस इसके बाद जेल जाने के लिए खुद से तैयार रहिये और 6 महीने बाद कहिये कि अब हम रुपया नहीं देंगे अब आप मुझे सजा किसी भी एक बात पर कर दो - A. कि पत्नी द्वारा शपथ पत्र में बताई गई पति की आय का सबूत जज ने स्वयं नहीं माँगा और सजा आप को दे दे। B. इन 6 महीनों में जज ने पत्नी से अपने पैरों पर खड़े होने को जोर नहीं दिया, इसलिए पति को सजा हो। C. पत्नी काम चोर है तो सजा पति को दे दें। D. या फिर लड़के ने शादी की है, तो फिर लड़के को शादी करने के जुर्म में ही सजा दे दो। E. अदालत के पास मुकदमे ज़्यादा हैं और 6 महीने से ज़्यादा समय लगता है तो इसमें पति का क्या दोष, जज चाहे तो पति को इस दोष के लिए सजा दे दें। 8. किसी भी सुप्रीम कोर्ट आदि के जजमेंट की ज़रूरत नहीं। उसी अदालत में उसी जज के किसी एक मुकदमे के आर्डर की कॉपी निकलवा लें जिसमे उन्होंने एक 5 वी पास मजदूर को , उसके स्वयं और माँ बाप व पत्नी को पालने का समर्थ मानते हुए पत्नी को गुजारा भत्ता देने का आदेश किया हो। जब पुरुष 5 वीं पढ़ा इतना समर्थ हो सकता है तो 12वी पास महिला अपना खुद का भरण पोषण करने में “समर्थ” क्यों नहीं हो सकती, वो भी 6 महीने में। अगर शिक्षित महिला से भीख ही मंगवानी है तो “……. बेटी पढ़ाओ” योजना में सरकारी धन क्यों बर्बाद किया का रहा है? 9. किसी के साथ प्रताड़ना हुई है या नहीं ये एक अलग मैटर है, लेकिन इसके आधार पर किसी पुरुष के मेहनत से कमाए गए रुपयों पर डकैती या छीनने का हक़ किसी को नहीं है। हम महिला के खिलाफ नहीं हैं, लेकिन धूर्त और मक्कार औरतें, जिन्होंने अदालत को कमाई का जरिया समझ रखा है, उनको सबक सिखाना ज़रूरी है। (बच्चों का 500 रुपया ज़रूर जमा करते रहिएगा, उसे बिलकुल भी नहीं रोकना है, लेकिन इन 6 महीनों में अदालत से बच्चे से मिलने की डेट फिक्स करने को कहिए, अगर साल भर में डेट नहीं fix करते तो बच्चे का रुपया कोर्ट में देना बंद कर दीजिये और अलग बैंक में ज़रूर जमा करते रहिएगा।) फिर अब देखते है कि हम सही हैं या पत्नी/जज। लड़ाई का असली मजा लड़ने में है, भागने में नहीं।

If the 498a case has been going on for 5 to 10 years then it's the woman who is terribly bad and any man must avoid marrying her. It's very likely that such a woman has psychological issues which prevent her from getting closure on a matter. Post-divorce, she will mentally carry the artifacts of the whole process and will not lead a peaceful life. The man who battles the 498a case for 5 to 10 years is probably righteous because the conviction rate of 498a is very low.
If the man deserves a conviction then it may not take 5 years or he will try to settle the matter by giving a huge amount of money. So even with a quick settlement of 498a one cannot judge the nature of man. Whereas a 498a women must be avoided at all costs.

1. मेहनत करते हैं तभी पैसे मिलते हैं।
2. क्या सरकार ने इनको (पत्नी को) काम करने से मना किया है? या जिन औरतों के बच्चे होते हैं वी नौकरी पर नहीं जाती क्या? कामचोरों को बढ़ावा न दिया जाय। Govt policy है - No work, No Pay.
3. हमको शादी के बाद कोई अलग से पत्नी भत्ता नहीं बढ़ा कर दिया गया है।
4. जज से कहिये या लिखिए कि छः महीने के अंदर मुकदमा फाइनल कीजिये, इन 6 महीनों में पत्नी के वाद दाखिल करने के बाद से अपनी तरफ से 1000 रूपये खुद से देना शुरू कर दीजिये मनी ऑर्डर द्वारा। ले लिया तो ठीक नहीं लिए तो भी आपके पक्ष में, क्योंकि अब मुकदमें में रूपये “न देने” की बजाय रूपये “कम देने” पर ही बहस होगी और ज़्यादा रूपये लेने के लिये पत्नी को शपथ पत्र में बताई गयी इनकम प्रूफ करनी होगी। हाई कोर्ट तक आप की ही जीत तय है। उल्टा उसके द्वारा बढ़ा चढ़ा कर बताई आमदनी के प्रूफ न दे पाने पर 340 का केस भी आप कर सकते है।
5. अदालत से कहिये कि वो आपके ज़िंदा होने की कीमत न लगाएं, क्योंकि अगर आप मर गए होते तो ये औरत अदालत के अंदर घुसने की पात्र न होती और आप (जज) इस औरत्त को 500 की वृद्धा पेंशन से ज़्यादा नहीं दिलवा सकते थे?
6. UP विधान सभा मानती है कि 60 वर्ष से अधिक की आयु की महिला, जो कि BPL category से है, उसका खर्चा 500 रूपये की वृद्धावस्था पेंशन / विधवा पेंशन में चलता है, तो क्या ये औरत्त उस वृद्ध से ज्यादा असमर्थ है। हर साल 64000 पति आत्महत्या कर लेते हैं, किसी की पत्नी भूख से मरी ही तो बताएं, नहीं न, फिर ये ड्रामा क्यों, जबकि 98% से ज्यादा दहेज़ के मुक़दमे झूठे साबित होते हैं।
7. ये भरण पोषण की राशि है Luxury Amount नहीं है। सिर्फ 6 महीना 1000 से 2000 दीजिये। बस इसके बाद जेल जाने के लिए खुद से तैयार रहिये और 6 महीने बाद कहिये कि अब हम रुपया नहीं देंगे अब आप मुझे सजा किसी भी एक बात पर कर दो -
A. कि पत्नी द्वारा शपथ पत्र में बताई गई पति की आय का सबूत जज ने स्वयं नहीं माँगा और सजा आप को दे दे।
B. इन 6 महीनों में जज ने पत्नी से अपने पैरों पर खड़े होने को जोर नहीं दिया, इसलिए पति को सजा हो।
C. पत्नी काम चोर है तो सजा पति को दे दें।
D. या फिर लड़के ने शादी की है, तो फिर लड़के को शादी करने के जुर्म में ही सजा दे दो।
E. अदालत के पास मुकदमे ज़्यादा हैं और 6 महीने से ज़्यादा समय लगता है तो इसमें पति का क्या दोष, जज चाहे तो पति को इस दोष के लिए सजा दे दें।
8. किसी भी सुप्रीम कोर्ट आदि के जजमेंट की ज़रूरत नहीं। उसी अदालत में उसी जज के किसी एक मुकदमे के आर्डर की कॉपी निकलवा लें जिसमे उन्होंने एक 5 वी पास मजदूर को , उसके स्वयं और माँ बाप व पत्नी को पालने का समर्थ मानते हुए पत्नी को गुजारा भत्ता देने का आदेश किया हो। जब पुरुष 5 वीं पढ़ा इतना समर्थ हो सकता है तो 12वी पास महिला अपना खुद का भरण पोषण करने में “समर्थ” क्यों नहीं हो सकती, वो भी 6 महीने में। अगर शिक्षित महिला से भीख ही मंगवानी है तो “……. बेटी पढ़ाओ” योजना में सरकारी धन क्यों बर्बाद किया का रहा है?
9. किसी के साथ प्रताड़ना हुई है या नहीं ये एक अलग मैटर है, लेकिन इसके आधार पर किसी पुरुष के मेहनत से कमाए गए रुपयों पर डकैती या छीनने का हक़ किसी को नहीं है।
हम महिला के खिलाफ नहीं हैं, लेकिन धूर्त और मक्कार औरतें, जिन्होंने अदालत को कमाई का जरिया समझ रखा है, उनको सबक सिखाना ज़रूरी है।
(बच्चों का 500 रुपया ज़रूर जमा करते रहिएगा, उसे बिलकुल भी नहीं रोकना है, लेकिन इन 6 महीनों में अदालत से बच्चे से मिलने की डेट फिक्स करने को कहिए, अगर साल भर में डेट नहीं fix करते तो बच्चे का रुपया कोर्ट में देना बंद कर दीजिये और अलग बैंक में ज़रूर जमा करते रहिएगा।)
फिर अब देखते है कि हम सही हैं या पत्नी/जज। लड़ाई का असली मजा लड़ने में है, भागने में नहीं।
