There are 2 ways to fix 2k's glitch of not having starters in at the end of games. If you go into the coaching settings from the menu there's a section called conditional coaching, from there you're able to create a formula that can make the starters play the last 4 minutes of a game. It can be a bit tricky to use though and its not perfect. The other option is to edit the rotation timelines, you can either do it manually (takes super long) or you can download a file from the community that ensures the starters are on the court at the end of the game. It's usually one of the more popular rotations you can download and is super easy to use. Only thing is you have to make sure to load it if there's a roster change (free agent signing, injury, trade) but it takes like 2 seconds

- Use your team’s first pick in the fantasy draft to do the one player rebuild
This is where the challenge comes in:
- Trade difficulty down to 30 because you’re going to need it
- You only have 20 minutes to build your team up to a championship winning team

I love how you take over in some ways. I wish there was a way that this could just be in the mode anyways. I feel like morale and all that don't mean shit. If they could figure out how to make them be pissed and sit out extra games or not resign even tho they hate the team that'd be awesome

Hope ya stick with this series! An idea for the series: determine the next two/three seasons' draft classes rather than just the next season; that way, rebuilding teams can potentially focus on accruing draft capital early if there is an obviously generational guy in a draft two years ahead. This also gives some mediocre teams a better idea of if they should hit the reset button knowing that there is top-end talent in the next couple of draft classes rather than going all out for a single draft class just for them to fall in the lottery and be locked in mediocrity.

Here Kenny, if you need the starters to come in and don't want to waste a time out, take control of one team and run out of bounds. Take control of the other and cause a 5 second inbound violation. Basically creates a timeout inbound situation without wasting an actual timeout. Only change is a bench player gets an additional turnover.
