I'd call this movie charming, its not really scary but its captivating to see how the creator produced certain effects and scenes👍 I could also see this be a yearly halloween movie you watch with the family that is if they dont mind the lack of color

I think you have the best chance of finding it on Amazon Prime, if not, you could always try to find a DVD of it somewhere :)
