Anadaryah Yahsharal Thank you! I wouldn't worry too much about the estrogen. There are two types of phytoestrogens. Isoflavones and lignans. Flaxseed has lignans which is more related to fiber in the flaxseed than estrogen.

I’mConfused as to why you are retwisting counter clockwise hair naturally grows in a clockwise pattern you are recommended to twist in the pattern which it grows from the scalp
