- This video is going to discuss the single main root cause of plantar fasciitis and how to best treat it based on this root cause. These plantar fasciitis treatments will then relieve the pain in the heel and at the bottom of the foot.

Thank you and have a great day! - Jak na to + styl
I can’t believe how much conflicting information is out there to treat PF.
thank you so much, this is the best clear explanation on Plantar Fasciitis, my pain is actually on the upper part where big thumb is connecting the tissue
Best video I have come across yet, thank you. I have to focus and get rid of this once and for all
Excellent 👍
Thank you very much -- Preethi
Thank you so much for your video ...

Thank you!!!😊
♥️Thanks you♥️for the informations♥️
You are right on the Dot. Once the weather warmed up I just did few cleanup on my driveway barefoot. Next day Plantar F??k.... attack. I do work on computer 10-15 hours. All matched . I will start from today your advised exercises. Will update you. Subscribed and Liked.
the best explanation as to why we get plantar or tarsal tunnel . can it really heal
THX~~good~
I can feel my toes now! My foot still hurts but my toes don’t feel stiff!
I got rid of mine by spraying my heel/foot regularly with magnesium oil spray.
Thanks for this
Love ❤️ the explanation. Thank you! It’s so easy to follow.
Got the picture wo the counting.
How to purchase
Try vitamin d3 helped mine
Been having this problem almost 3 months. Tried Streching everyday, cartizon shot, steroids, massage also orthotics and the pain still there.
I had pain for at least a year and could not play my favorite sport. I went to physical therapy for at least 4 months with no positive results. I have anterior tilted pelvis which causes you to walk incorrectly. Making my feet stronger and working my glutes finally has solved my plantar fasciitis.
I have rhematoid arthris my knees provlem i struggle to walk for the past 3 weeks my ankles swollen foot pain since 2day my heels are swollen please tell me i struggle to walk becus of knees now my foot i can evsn put on walk please advise me
Duration of recovery depends on many factors including your age, diet, movements, and overall way of life. 3 weeks is a short period to fully recover any physical injury. Rest and moving a little like walking on short distances a few times a day should help with the healing phase. If you feel pain, immediately stop and rest.
Protein is protein, it does NOT matter where it comes from. Plant protein is exactly as beneficial as anything else- your body doesn't care. And when you stretch your calves, isolate and stretch the gastrocnemius heads separately- it's far more effective. You should also stretch the hamstrings, glutes, and anterior leg compartments. Another main contributing factor to PF is an immobile calcaneus- the bones of the foot need to mobilize correctly when walking or running to minimize stress on the plantar fascia.
@@viridiangreengoddess I'm sorry but that is not correct. Tell that to all the vegan bodybuilders and athletes out there (i.e. Patrik Baboumian). Your body stores up the various amino acids to use for all its protein needs. When you eat animal flesh, the hydrochloric acid and proteases in your stomach break the protein down into amino acids, which are then allocated as building blocks for the many types of protein your body requires for transporters, immune function, muscle building, and all the other protein functions. Same as with say legumes, grains, or any other plant food- your stomach breaks them down into their amino acid components to be used as needed. The myth of "protein combining" for plant-based diets was debunked a long time ago- as long as you are consuming all the essential amino acids over the course of your meals, you get enough protein, end of story.
@@viridiangreengoddess I'm sorry but you're not understanding what I wrote. What was debunked was the thought that one needs to combine plant foods in every meal to have "complete protein". To restate what I said in a different way, what happens is that when you eat anything, your body breaks it down into its amino acid components, and then over the day recombines those amino acids to form proteins for the numerous functions they perform (there are over 10,00 different proteins in the body- hormones, enzymes, you get the idea). Your body does not care where those amino acids come from- the food has been broken down into those amino acids building blocks. This discussion is beyond the focus of the video in this link, so I'll not reply any longer. I'm linking an article by T. Colin Campbell, Professor Emeritus of Nutritional Biochemistry at Cornell University; here's a quote with the full article linked after:
"Amino acids from dietary digestion are not alone, because the ingestion of food-even non-nitrogenous food-stimulates the digestive tract to secrete endogenous protein, derived from the sloughing of intestinal cells and used up digestive enzymes. These recycled proteins are a rich source of essential amino acids.
Studies by Nasset show that regardless of the amino acid mix of the meal, the intestinal tract maintains a remarkably similar ratio of essential amino acids.
This mixing of endogenous and dietary protein is a key concept. Until this was discovered, it was generally believed that in order to absorb and utilize the essential amino acids in the diet, the diet must contain all the amino acids in certain proportions and presented all at the same time.
This mistaken belief dates back to 1914 when Osborn and Mendel studied the protein requirements of laboratory rats. They found that rats grew faster on animal sources of protein than on vegetable sources. This was followed up by studies by Elman in 1939 using purified and isolated amino acids in rats.
We have learned a lot since 1939. But even today many so-called nutrition experts continue to advance this ancient concept, and many of the protein combining and protein quality arguments are based on this misconception.
According to Nasset, writing in the Journal of the American Medical Association, this mixing of endogenous protein is the body’s way of regulating the relative concentrations of the amino acids available for absorption.
We now know that the body is quite capable of taking incomplete proteins and making them complete by utilizing this recycling mechanism. It is now clear that more than 200 grams of endogenous protein is added to the 30 to 100 grams of daily dietary protein.
I would like to point out that the earlier research, which is still so often used to support the mistaken idea that all the essential amino acids must be present at the same time at each meal for amino acids to be absorbed, did not even deal with amino acid absorption. It falsely stated that the essential amino acids must be present at the site of protein synthesis, within the cells of the liver, kidney or muscle. Since the recycling effect of the body’s amino acids was not yet understood, the assumption was made that the only source of protein was from the diet.
Not only do we get the majority of our amino acids from recycling, but in 1961 Bender showed that an animal was able to maintain slow growth with proteins completely lacking one essential amino acid.
These concepts have been confirmed by Monroe and are reported in the 1983 edition of Modern Nutrition in Health and Disease by Goodheart and Shills."

Have a good day!
I've been suffering this plantar fasciitis on my left heel foot for almost a year. Been to doctor many times but still the same. They gave me pain reliver and the cream to apply on the affected area of mt foot but still the same. Yesterday, I felt it goes down on the middle of my foot and it affects my walking
Electro shock wave therapy is very helpful with the pain, but at least 4 sessions of it. Also orthopedic shoes with custom made soles are helpful too.
Stand on carpet use to to grab it help believe me stop red meat sodas chips 😋 😭 all helps
How to order
My pain is under my foot, never my heel
Mine too
This is not true I never wear high heels in my life
