Not even slightly. Everyone we met there was amazing. The graffiti artist we just met randomly and you saw how nice that guy was in the video. You don't need to speak french there but the locals certainly welcome your attempt at it. :)
If you come live here for an extended period of time, you are expected to try to learn French but everyone will be just as nice to you when you speak English :)

that was tv worthy. enjoyed start to finish the bagels looked yummy but the tacos she said it taste alright, lol the community look so neat and clean.

Most often you see cats in those backstreets loitering around. Some of them come up to you if you call them.
