African states contribute very little to research and development. Why is it hard for Africa to invest in R&D? For day 1 of the Africa Health R&D week, we bring different African experts to discuss what we can be accountable for as a region with the resource capacity. A discussion on what we need to ensure we build ecosystems to increase resources for R&D in Africa. We have come together as different stakeholders to take action now and stop complaining.
