in LB4 Daybit visited at a random moment, thats all he means, Pepe is happy Daybit came to see him one last time when he was at his peak rather than dying like now
Daybit made an unknown deal with Koyanskaya to, for seemingly no reason, travel to the Indian Lostbelt just to "check up" on Pepe.
Bro deadass predicted that Pepe had not much time left to live and purposefully visited him during a period of time when Pepe was "at his most beautiful", both physically and also metaphorically (Pepe in LB4 was teamed up with us and doing his best to do what was most righteous to him, which was to defeat Arjuna and free the Lostbelt's residents). Pepe wasn't yet deadset on revenge like he was agaisnt Douman post LB4 or Beryl post LB5, so Pepe probably didn't consider himself to be as beautiful during that time period.
Tanner, you seem to have forgotten that Beryl tore out and ate Woodwose’s liver after his defeat at Londinium. It was a witchcraft derived ‘shortcut’ to being able to transform into an animal. Beryl ate part of Woodwose and thus, he can transform into Woodwose.
But interestingly enough, Beryl was supposed to have a LOT more toys to play with that were cut due to programming issues. Including a Reality Marble called Red Hood and a spell called Slack Snark. Both of which have pretty big implications.
Basically he has a ploy and a Reality Marble based on his Origin. His origin basically means he is inclined by his nature to be the wolf that will always consume the red riding hood, hence why his love is twisted into “must torture those I love”. Nasu made sure we knew of them even if they were unable to program then into the game… and let’s face it, adding the Origin of a witch’s descendant and a ploy related to the one of the Great Three was always going to be hard.
Easily one of the best chapters in LB6. The first half alone is substantial enough to be a chapter of its own. I'm so glad Nasu finally decided to really give actual depth to Ritsuka, though the animes and mangas were the start. And while not as great as that and the Pepe section, I love the Morgan reveal in the middle, making her live up to her name by creating a whole timeline and world by herself. It says a lot when even Beryl is shocked at something, imagine going to sleep and then THAT whole thing happens.
Daybit coming to see Pepe at his 'most beautiful', refers to how Daybit came to see Pepe using Koyanskaya(the once in a lifetime-ticket), in order to see Pepe when he was still Healthy and at his peak, therefore making his last memory of Pepe one where Pepe was genuinely at the peak of his life(fighting for good), and therefore 'at his most beautiful'.
I swear, this one scene made me really re-think how cold Daybit must actually be, he genuinely seems like such a sweetheart now, since in retrospect, he came to see Pepe and save his life as a final goodbye, knowing that he was going to die in the future. I'm excited to see how LB7 handles him.
Such a great and sad chapter.
The horror of Baobhan Sith's Body falling appart, just for listening to the one Person that would listen to her.
Seeing our MC's Character, how he has been dealing with things and seeing the fears and problems he has, how his journey has affected him.
The arrival of Morgan and the absurdity of how far she can and is willing to go.
And of course, the sad but also fitting ending for Pepe.
IMO Morgan brought this whole situation into fruition by sucking as a mom. She ignored Baobhan Sith and she turned to the only one that gave her affection, even if that person was just utter scum. And she even knew he was scum, since he point blank told Morgan that Tristan was so pitiful he would have a lot of “fun” breaking her down.
Ah yes. Finally....peak!
I freaking love the Lost Will part. Getting to see how deep what Artoria has been runs and getting to see more of Guda's actual thoughts and feelings on their journey.
Plus... Pepe...oh Pepe you glorious bastard, you really the best my man.
For Melusine the reason her weapons are different sizes is that they are supposed to be clock hands and thus the hour and minute hands are different sizes

Such unfortune that we didn't get to see Beryl's Reality Marble "Red Hood" and a spell "Slack Snark" (he was supposed to be much stronger since eating Woodwose’s liver in Londinium with witchcraft spell for animal transformation) as it was cut cus of production and programming issues.
For Melusine if you don't have Black Grail use Heaven's Feel or whatever the best NP Strength/Buster CE you have is. The way she works is you 3rd skill first turn, use both Koyanskaya batteries 2nd turn, then plugsuit Oberon and use both his batteries and Melusine's 1st skill, Melusine's 3rd skill again for the NP Strength buff now plus Oberon's 3rd skill. Melusine having 130% charge is why she's the only one who can Buster loop from 0%. It's not just about Black Grail, but also about being able to run 6 event CEs during lotteries and such.
I glad you got this far before the anniversary might have spoiled some stuff.

It's so funny to beat Beryl with curses. Class disadvantage Chiyome COMPLETELY shreds him with 100K+ curse damage per turn.

Well, Ritsuka is a characters but in the way FGO works they hardly can do anything (more) about him (at least now), and thats when Nasu and some FGO adaptations even try. Tho yeah, Nasu way of writing Ritsuka is a little bit 'more' interesting but sadly its kinda wasted on a grander plane of FGO narrative. Anyways really like this chapter too.
Pepe being the absolute best that he is. Love him.

It’s a shame they scrapped the Morgan Design from Apocrypha, I hoped they’d at least keep it if they ever wanted to revisit PHH Morgan but that seems unlikely now since they used Takeuchi’s sprite for both and by the state of JP it seems I’ll never see my Saturday Morning Cartoon Villain ever.
